What is Hands-Only CPR?

  • By performing CPR, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, on a victim of cardiac arrest, you're acting as the heart to pump blood throughout the body. Hands-Only CPR is CPR with just chest compressions and has been proven to be as effective as CPR with breaths for teens and adults.
