A new series playing as WWE on Pro Wrestling Sim, first of all the roster/brand split has been slightly adjusted, also a couple of hiring/firings, I shall be playing as all 3 brands, Raw, Smackdown and NXT with some PLEs exclusive for all the brands
The first PLE up is for Raw, and is King of the Ring, with the classic tournament returning, the winner will become the no.1 contender for Seth "Freakin" Rollins World Championship
John Cena is back for one last run, but he gets a cheap shot by the social media icon Logan Paul, looks like the 2 will meet down the line
Mandy Rose returns a forms a new stable "Toxic Desire" with Jacy Jayne, Chelsea Green, and Sonya Deville, they target Becky Lynch and Lita as they look to make a statement
On Smackdown Kurt Angle is the new general manager, and gets right to work, he vacant the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championship as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are exclusive to Raw, he also informs Roman Reigns that at Hell in a Cell, he will be Unifying the WWE and Universal Championship into one belt, and the champ must earn it at the PLE, to add to that the Bloodline seems to be fallen apart within, with Reigns and Solo facing off with the Usos
Cody Rhodes gets attacked by The Judgement Day, and is saved by Edge...and a returning Randy Orton
New Smackdown Tag Team champions get crowned
On NXT, MVP has "re-opened" the Hurt Business but with Omos instead of Lashley, they are going straight to the top and target the NXT World championship
Who wants to walk with Elias.... Not Eric Young, both returned to the NXT brand and both want the same thing, redemption, but they don't seem to be friends...maybe foes? - Hry
I like how you formatted this with the brand exclusive ples and since you have more titles it can get more of your roster involved.
Yeah my thinking was that, the brand split is there for a reason, to involve more people, and hopefully you get some gems of storylines down the line
I just wanna say I love the starting of this playthrough and hope you continue as I am enjoying it so far, I actually bought the game due to this video as it looks incredible as this is the only wwe sim game there is that is realistic.
I've got to tell you, your database is almost perfect and gives me infinite opportunities to create stories. Will forever thank you for that, man. ❤
Little update:
Booking an high rating show is "Extremely" difficult when you are a poor ECW promotion 😅
My first PLE has been December To Dismember and I've had higher reaction for Buddy Matthews VS Will Ospreay, then the hype for the ECW World Heavyweight championship match Owens VS Castagnoli. But that's it. 81% show rating.
Sounds like a great main event to me lol
Yeah it will be a challenge to build up overness to get that high rating
This first episode is full of a good storytelling! Great work, dude! It inspired me in my run. I'm trying the "hard mode" (amnesia mode and 1 million dollars for every promotion) I'm trying to reform a new and modern version of ECW, with Heyman as the owner 😊
Sounds like a very cool game you started up! I often debate doing something similar with wcw lol
@@herd85 It is! With just one million you'll find very weird rosters all around the world, and you're forced to deal a bunch of network deals. It's super difficult, but really satisfying!
I shall have to give it a go sometime, tbh had a long break from it lately so could be a good way to get back into it
