I live in Rochester New York. I have spectrum. The Wi-FI is garbage, I have to unplug and reset almost daily. And it still doesn't work right.

I was affected by the outage two days ago. Thankfully I didn't have to work that day. All Internet and cable TV and WiFi were out for about 7 hours. They tried to blame it on hurricane Beryl but that had already gone through Texas two days earlier as a category 1 storm. I still think it was more than the weather causing an almost nationwide outage of Internet service. More like a test run? Just glad my cell phone service is with another carrier.. I'm in Texas also.

I have an ATT cell tower on my property near Paris TX and it has gone down 3 times in the last 2 weeks and stayed down for whole days at a time. No maintenance people come to the tower to get it running again, so I presume it is a backhaul problem.

Not sure if its related but a few of my family memebers when the make phone calls, the caller id lets say for Walgreens, it shows the caller ID is in Chinese
