- Disney's Sequoia Lodge in DISNEYLAND PARIS is a wonderful hotel, especially when you stay at a GOLDEN FOREST room. Use the Sequoia Lodge Golden Forest lounge, club facilities and breakfast. We take you on a tour around the hotel and give you some tips and tricks.
We walked all the way to the swimming pool and Sven got a glimpse of the pool and had some fogged up glasses.
We also went to the Sequoia Lodge giftshop and looked at some nice things to buy. The shop was very beautifully decorated with a giant tree and some birds. In the Redwood Bar of Sequoia Lodge is a huge fireplace and therefore the hotel smells like burnt wood. That smell is so good! When you're planning on visiting during wintertime, Disney's Sequoia Lodge is an excellent choice. In the first place because the themed hotel fits perfectly in a winter scenery, but also because it's quite close to the Disneyland Park and Disney Village. Therefore you don't need to walk very far to get wherever you want.

Eenmaal Golden Forrest, wil je nooit meer anders! Dat is mijn ervaring :D Het rustige ontbijt, de keus uit alle lekkers smorgens en smiddags en het gratis drinken de hele dag door maken het toch wel erg fijn. En dan de Lakeside kamers

Zo blij om dit te zien. Ik heb stiekem een golden forest kamer geboekt in september om mijn vriend te verrassen voor zijn verjaardag. Nu nog 2 maandjes geheim houden 🤫 alleen jammer dat de Indiana jones dan gesloten is. Een looping durf ik wel maar niet in de space mountain 🤢 en zin in het zwembad ❤️
Hoi Nadja, heb je wel eens Rock-n-roller Coaster gereden? Net zo leuk als Hyper Space Mountain. Alvast een hele fijne verjaardags trip gewenst!
SeeYouInMainstreet nee ik was nog nooit in Disney Paris. Alleen een keer in Florida in 1997. 😂 rock N roll is dan ook dicht. Alleen space mountain is dan open en ik durf niet over het hoofd. Een keer de python gedaan en verder nooit iets met loopings of kurkendaaiers 🤢 maar overige ritten zijn ook leuk en de sfeer erom heen. Ook al gereserveerd bij captain jack’s en chez remy ❤️

Nog een paar nachtjes slapen en dan mogen wij ook genieten van de Golden Forest kamers.. we kunnen niet wachten!! Afgelopen Mei in een normale kamer geweest dus we zijn heeeeel erg benieuwd naar de extraatjes 👀
I loved Sequoia Lodge Golden Forest however you don't always get the water, note and chocolate coins in your room as we didn't. We also never had the turn down service like you had despite the fact they misplaced our bags for a few hours on arrival day!

Great Video of a great place :-D Thank you! I recognized that the floor plan of this room is slightly different than most Sequoia Lodge Rooms. At least the bathroom ist different. thank you for your video! :) one question: the golden forest rooms are not in the woods that is behind the main building? or are there rooms there as well (e.g. the suites)? i have been to the cheyenne hotel a few times. during the morning walk, my wife and i always wondered if there are rooms in the small cabins in the woods as well
Good question, I'm not really sure but my guess is that the golden forest rooms are all in the main building and the buildings are standard rooms.
@@SeeYouInMainstreet Hi, i have asked elsewhere in the meantime: you are right. all "better" rooms (suites, golden forest lounge, sea side view rooms, ...) are in the main building, the standard rooms are in the lodges, which are located in the forest behind.
My wife and I are planning on going to dlp for our honeymoon. We went to a local travel agents who recommended the upgrade to the rooms you featured in this video which have made me really want to stay in a room like that. Not too sure when we are planning on going as of yet. It will with be the end of October , November or even beginning of December for my birthday (I’ll be just over 21 again lol)
For your honeymoon I would definitely book the more luxurious rooms at Sequoia like the ones at the Golden Forest. You'll have a more romantic environment at breakfast, the rooms are nicer and this hotel is perfect for the autumn and winter months. My favorite month to visit is November. Before you book; check the european school holidays and try to book around it. It will be less crowded in the park as well as the hotel. Have fun and enjoy!

if you book this room with an infinity pass as room only, will you still get the same benefits available at the time just without park tickets? ie free half board, gift card etc?
Hi Jacqueline, no you don't have those discount benefits. But you'll get an infinity discount when you book a room only.
@@SeeYouInMainstreet i found out something i thaughtyou guys might like,when calling Disney a few days ago. they are looking to have golden forest rooms in the near future with balcony access as its currently only available on standard rooms. hope this news excites you as much as it did me x

Hi Cecilie, You don't have to be a club member to enjoy the club level rooms and amenities.
There is no club! The term "Club" is used to separate standard rooms from more deluxe rooms.
so for Seqouia it is "Golden Forrest Club'
Newport Bay 'Compass Club'
Hotel New York 'Empire State Club'
And in the Disneyland Hotel of course 'The Castle Club'
So no Club membership required!

Wij slapen vaker in de golden forest kamers en nog nooit s avonds het bed opgemaakt gekregen en ook geen water of chocolaatjes of iets op de kamer hihi. Dus denk dat dit niet bij iedereen gebeurd

I find it outrageous that Sequoia Lodge is now approx 500 euros per night for Spring/Summer times. Very sad and exclusionary for non-wealthy people!
