Thank you young lady for these topics I find your channel very helpful as I've been recently diagnosed with diabetes but at the time of diagnosis I was going through covid so since I've been in my butt for the past 2 months I've been researching researching researching and I just ordered this product and I think it will actually help me till I get to my first appointment with my new endocrinologist so thank you again keep up the good videos

I purchased this device and it worked for a few days but then it just would not take the blood reading. I would insert the device after opening the app, I get a message on the app to place a drop of a blood after inserting a strip, I pierce a finger, place the blood and nothing. I just tried it again and wasted 5 more strips not to mention piercing 5 fingers! It’s obviously not a compatibility issue because it worked a few times and I’m still getting the prompts once I insert the device. This is very frustrating.
That sounds extremely frustrating! I haven’t had that issue but I’d contact them, explain the issue have them fix it plus send you replacement strips. I hope you find a solution

I love my Dario but I stopped using it because of the cost. I wish they worked with insurance plans like Livongo does. Livongo is great but the whole device is very bulky.
I hear you. My insurance gave me a Livingo meter as well, and it’s beyond bulky, I think it’s way too big
How do you reset the ea1c counter? I got my first estimated a1c on the app but now it's not counting strips anymore? When does it start counting again? Is there something I have to reset in the app?
Hmm, I'm not sure. I wonder if your device is malfunctioning. You might have to contact their customer service 😞

I listened to you another CZcams video to mention the strip cartridges can be ordered unlimited. Can you provide more details how to order the free strip cartridges?

Can you test in your forearm?
I’m not sure I’d use the Dario lancet for the arm, I think that would be painful. For drawing blood from other places than the finger I’d recommend using the Genteel lancet device

dario not working android phones
It does work with Android as well. When you order the product you choose if you need an iPhone or Android connector
it plugs into where my headset goes but it just not does not connect with my iPhone what can I do@@DiabetesStrong
@@JC-so4ey if the hardware isn't functioning as it should reach out to Dario support. Open the app and up in the lefthand corner, you'll find the menu. Click on it and then choose "HELP & INFO" here you can find the contact info
