As a Chicagoan that has been there to eat on a few occasions, I can confirm that this place is mediocre. Last time I went there the chicken was undercooked and I got sick.
Try Reds Bbq in Ferguson. That's the authentic bbq place. If your bbq man isn't sweating and flipping the meat manually,no big shiny microwave $15,000.00 hobby smoker won't cut it!
steamed ribs? might as well boil them, I'm from Chicago, this place is not good, anyone who knows bbq, knows you don't boil or steam baby back ribs, it's lazy to be honest, and fall off the bone, is almost certainly indicative of boiling, a good rib should be smoked, my favorite two places are chucks, located in burbank and Darian, and the patio, several locations, original is in Bridgeview...

Why would you say that? There's a Cantonese spare ribs dish called steamed spare ribs will the black bean garlic sauce using chopped up pork spare ribs. Other than that, app other spare ribs should only be smoked or grilled
