In this video we explore what factors affect the size of the force on a wire carrying an electric current when it is placed in a magnetic field.
What does making a better electric motor depend on? The current? The length of the wire?
You will have seen the motor effect explained in another video • Fleming’s Left Hand Ru... You may want to have a look at it again.

Thank you for the Revision. It brings the confidence back, really appreciated.
Amazing! Happy to help! ❤️
thank you so much!....your videos make my understanding way better....this video is so short and crisp , what you don't understand in a week's classes, this video makes it....Keep helping us students like this and lots of love and respect from India!
Thank you for your kind words! We are always happy to help 😊
Great explanation! 👍
Thank you!
great video! may I ask something about the left diagram at 1:45? The direction of magnetic field is anti-clockwise. But, why?
Fleming's Left Hand Rule, you may want to watch this video here: czcams.com/video/qvB1mmfo7MQ/video.html
@@fuseschool thank you for your reply! but first I think it should reference to right hand rule. Secondly, I think you draw the direction of rotation mistakenly...
Great Video!
Thank you!
Well explained
Glad you think so!
