It is blasted with a 1.8mm nozzle and an air pressure of 0.3MPa.
The PVC pipe uses a pressure resistant pipe that supports a maximum of 1.0 MPa.
A pressure test was performed after the pipes were bonded.
We have confirmed that there is no problem with pressures up to 0.7MPa.

Dude, you do not understand how much I love your channel. I am building a workbench based off your channel.
Fabulous Worknanship, inspiring stuff.
I watch many DIY channels, but this is the best for sure.
Perfectionist workshop! Attention to details. Perfect cleanliness. Beautiful mechanisms and tools. Clean hands. Stylish apron.
Peace and prosperity to you and your Family!

LOL 😂 I love the effect when the sandblaster starts up and the empty gloves get pumped up and suddenly your arms are inside and they move. Looks like a boneless alien waking up and starting to move. 😱👽
Great video. Love how you build a sandblaster out of „ordinary“ products. If I was in need of a sandblaster, you would have inspired me to build one myself instead of buying one.
Thx 4 sharing!
Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Haha right? That honestly made me giggle like a school girl :D Also I agree, great video :)
Try using a sparkplug for the blast nozzle, also beware of media hoses... leaking due to the fast moving grit where bends/turns occur. I worked in a naval shipyard taking care of large sandblasting equipment as well as surfacecraft & subs.
That's a very practical suggestion. I was thinking the nozzle will have to be machined in titanium. But your suggestion is super.
Love your videos and the detail you put into the projects you present. Keep up rhe good work, can't wait to see what's next.
Smiple, looks quite cheap, working perfectly. Simply perfect!!!!
This one is a dream for these who like restoration projects.
It is a real pleasure to see you working. You are precise in everything you do. And everything you do is just beautiful. I could watch you work for hours.
Good continuation
I once fashioned a wet blaster using diatomaceous earth in a slurry picked up by a venturi suction assembly powered by 150# air. Outdoors it worked great removing paint.
Messy.
This design is very nice! Love the JSK serues...
The idea is great, and you are very organized, very tidy and very clean .... thanks for the video ... greeting from Algeria ❤️🇩🇿
I am absolutely blown away by this!
Amazing awe workpiece congratulations you are genius and really anything you do is next level and so clean and specific work thanks 🙏

Really excellent work, man! Works great! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
I am totally stunned again! There are just no words for your projects! The only thing that I am asking for: Could you please offer links to the material you use for your projects? This is not because I were too lazy to search by myself, but just because I have not enough comprehension for some technical things and thus might buy some parts that maybe look more or less similar but are not similar concerning some important specs. I really, really want to build all your great inventions but I don't want to blow up my workshop (or myself) because of buying some parts which cannot handle the required pressure or so... ;-)
Great job. Took all the care to contain the sand. Very neat.
Very nice project ! - Extremely useful - Well done - Much Respect from the UK 👍👍👍
I love you and your channel JSK.Thank you very much for all usefully videos
Simply amazing. Thank you very much for the video. You are awesome!
Bravo!! Besides working well, you work clean!

Congratulations!! Grate Job!!!
Really nice detailed craftsmanship here! 👏
Nice work as always. We posted this video on our homemade tools forum this week :)
Perfect timing... a great aid to building my own.
Génial vraiment, merci mon grand j'adore le principe.
Really awesome! Thank you!!!
Clever thinking and a handy project 👍
Sensei, I’m coming to the conclusion that anything you can think of, you can make, you’re a superb multi-skilled craftsman, and a definite inspiration, I need a Sandblaster, and having seen your build and already having most of the materials on hand, I’m going to build one rather than buy one
Julie
Excelente lo hice y funciona perfecto!!! Muchas gracias por la información, sigue haci
foot control = no hand fatigue.
Good work! 👍
Very neat setup... I know we all love DIY but for a lot less trouble and I believe cash I bought one at Harbor Freight which might not have all the fancy valves and connections but works fine and reuses the sand that goes into the hopper automatically. Which do I like best??? Probably yours for aesthetics... Glad I found your site.... Looking forward to more neat things.
Perfect job!!!
fantástico trabajo
Very nicely designed and executed. Being an over-designer, I'd make one suggestion: the PVC pipe, once sand is loaded into it, could be heavy enough to require a little more support. The two hinged strap-clamps prevent it from moving laterally, but they do not appear to be designed to support much of a vertical load when used in this manner. If they were, say, mounted to the ceiling and were supporting a horizontal pipe, then they'd support a lot of weight, but not so much when used like this. I propose some sort of wood support, mounted to the leg of the cabinet, that would contact the PVC assembly from below. Obviously this is nit-picking, but I just thought I'd pass it along. I liked your video very much.
In the thumbnail image of this CZcams I thought the piece of rail was half rusted and half painted battleship grey. Great YT!
I love your work
I would like to see the rest of this blokes work shop. It looks so clean, so uncluttered, is it really that way? My workshop is far from clean, and even further from being uncluttered!
this is quite common with Japanese or other Asian workshops ^^ neat working spaces and clean, clear hands that don't look like they're working XD
Thank You!!
Excelente, Muchas gracias
thank you very good idea
Muy bueno ese proyecto👍
Great video
Very nice Sir! :)
One modification I'd suggest would be adding rubber sheeting (3mm thick works well) to the internal walls of the cabinet; you'll be surprised how quickly the blast media will eat bare wood, and you'll also have small wood fibres in your media which might carry through and spoil some paintwork (bead blasting is excellent for paint prep!).
Keep up the great work!
thank you for the advice.
I was thinking of sticking an iron plate, but I think rubber works better.
@@jisakukobo I bought a steel cabinet that was painted red. The paint started getting blasted away immediately, so I lined the cabinet in rubber; it also made it a bit quieter too!👍😁
@@hamiltonpianos Black neoprene sheet rubber?
Grit blasting is excellent for paint prep, bead blasting is excellent for a good surface finish after grit blasting but no good for paint prep, it leaves the surface too smooth.
👍 always view . .nice & detail work
first class project
Nice results. I can't wait for the cabinet video. What are the specifications of your compressor?
Cool project! You could skip adding teflon tape between brass and pvc chamber as it is not ment to be used as sealant but reather to decrease friction and let screw pipes deeper therefore create better seal. Good Luck with your next projects - I always enjoy your content!
Thank you for the advice.
As you say, I don't think the resin pipe needed a seal.
Nice job.
Amazing👍👍👍👍👍
honestly it looks like it works better than a store bought one....now if only we had parts list and what type of tubing to use and all that so we can try to make one ....it would be be appreciated and video would be better.
Top demais 👊🏼👊🏼
Keep up the good work! 👏
Excellent build. Could you provide a set of plans, including a schematic for the air parts? What capacity is the compressor?
excelente gracias
Good job
Hello I love it since the pressure it uses is not much and it is still excellent. a question what he uses is not sand or yes. Greetings.
Eres un genio
Good, very good.
powerfull..👍👍
Thanks God.
Good work. Gb
Skillful fingers
Very nice 🙂

Brilliant! I wonder how many minutes the tube of sand lasts and how often it has to be refilled. It could be a real pain to have to stop sand blasting every 30 minutes to fill the sand container again, especially on a large project.
Industrial sandblasting systems have a dust collection unit & the heavier media drops back into a hopper, until it’s eventually becomes dust. There’s a lot of maintenance to maintain the efficiency of a sandblasting unit.
I hope you are going to have plans for that as i have been thinking about making one for a long time, my main problem is that i need a big kick up the arse to get moving and make one
Good. . 👍
I know I need this.
Hi, Nice project. Do you use a special (powerfull) kind of compressor ?
is it necessary to change the sand now and then??? Good job!!!
great!
¡Bravo!
I amazed by your air compressor
So I wander about efficiency of it How much time took to get 7bar from 3bar
Also would you please share any information about that product
Gifted inventor
that went over my head
? Did you coat the inside of the bottom brass fittings or treat them in any way? That media will eat right thru them quickly with the restriction and pressure. Black mail or ductile iron may hold up better? Great idea and love you vids! Keep up the great work 😉👍🙏
It sure does eat them up quick... Can't use brass, well you can but not for long
Plastic tank how safe? 🤔 thanks for video.
