It is blasted with a 1.8mm nozzle and an air pressure of 0.3MPa.
The PVC pipe uses a pressure resistant pipe that supports a maximum of 1.0 MPa.
A pressure test was performed after the pipes were bonded.
We have confirmed that there is no problem with pressures up to 0.7MPa.

LOL 😂 I love the effect when the sandblaster starts up and the empty gloves get pumped up and suddenly your arms are inside and they move. Looks like a boneless alien waking up and starting to move. 😱👽
Great video. Love how you build a sandblaster out of „ordinary“ products. If I was in need of a sandblaster, you would have inspired me to build one myself instead of buying one.

Try using a sparkplug for the blast nozzle, also beware of media hoses... leaking due to the fast moving grit where bends/turns occur. I worked in a naval shipyard taking care of large sandblasting equipment as well as surfacecraft & subs.

I am totally stunned again! There are just no words for your projects! The only thing that I am asking for: Could you please offer links to the material you use for your projects? This is not because I were too lazy to search by myself, but just because I have not enough comprehension for some technical things and thus might buy some parts that maybe look more or less similar but are not similar concerning some important specs. I really, really want to build all your great inventions but I don't want to blow up my workshop (or myself) because of buying some parts which cannot handle the required pressure or so... ;-)

I know we all love DIY but for a lot less trouble and I believe cash I bought one at Harbor Freight which might not have all the fancy valves and connections but works fine and reuses the sand that goes into the hopper automatically. Which do I like best??? Probably yours for aesthetics... Glad I found your site.... Looking forward to more neat things.

Very nicely designed and executed. Being an over-designer, I'd make one suggestion: the PVC pipe, once sand is loaded into it, could be heavy enough to require a little more support. The two hinged strap-clamps prevent it from moving laterally, but they do not appear to be designed to support much of a vertical load when used in this manner. If they were, say, mounted to the ceiling and were supporting a horizontal pipe, then they'd support a lot of weight, but not so much when used like this. I propose some sort of wood support, mounted to the leg of the cabinet, that would contact the PVC assembly from below. Obviously this is nit-picking, but I just thought I'd pass it along. I liked your video very much.

    Very nice Sir! :)
One modification I'd suggest would be adding rubber sheeting (3mm thick works well) to the internal walls of the cabinet; you'll be surprised how quickly the blast media will eat bare wood, and you'll also have small wood fibres in your media which might carry through and spoil some paintwork (bead blasting is excellent for paint prep!).
    Keep up the great work!
