- After being closed since last August, Pittsburgh's original incline is BACK, baby! And now it has a glass floor in the upper station...as well as some railings and stuff.

Station Square is basically your new Pittsburgh Stomping ground
that was so fun!! thank you. super great to see and love your narration
when i was in pittsburgh in february we tried to ride the incline but we werent able to because of a bad car battery. we never even got to find out it was closed!
also to each his own but i find it pretty amusing that the nice subscriber you met said that pittsburgh was the most beautiful city hes seen. it isnt even the most beautiful in pennsylvania if you ask me!
We are absolutely delighted to see this inclined railroad back in use again, thank you for bringing us this very interesting and informative report on it. It was great to see a fellow subscriber enjoying it also!
Love this! Thanks for the update! Also, it seems that you're getting more relaxed in your speaking/delivery -- better and better with each video! Some of the older videos felt more scripted, but now it seems like you're just trusting your expertise and experience. It's awesome!
Thanks for the update on the incline. Every time I have visited Pittsburgh I try to include a ride on both inclines. The view from on top of Mt Washington of downtown is always worth the price to take the ride. I am sure the regular commuters also are happy to see it return rather than having to take the shuttle bus.
There's another incline in Johnstown Pa,I would like to try out,it might be under renovation.
It has always crawled into the station. The lower station is the same along with the signs in the upper station. The floor and the holes are new.
Excellent video! My stepson and I just rode the Monongahela last week (His first time on any incline). Totally glad we went!
Great video, enjoyed the views.
When I visit Pittsburgh, I must see this.
I love seeing the color changing LEDs when I’m headed to work early
Awesome video man! Station square is a really great location. Just ride the incline up and you'll get the best view of Pittsburgh's Skyline. Get off the light rail @ station square and there is a cool river front trail along with markets and cool RR history
Fabulous!! Thank You!!!
This is quality content
i rode it last week! i'm glad it's back
The holes were in the windows before yes
I remember the end-point crawl, or at least speed ramping up/down, from 2019.
:55 YOU DID THE BEANSNIFF MEME! 😂OMG EJHSHBKKSHVVIHSVJHSHIVS! THIS WILL ALTER HUMAN HISTORY!

Can you do a video of Pittsburgh train stations
Does the hole means to let fresh air to come in ?
Is it the oldest in the world
I rode this in 2019. Ever ride the Duqusne Incline?
Indeed! Mon is better imho
wait i was there yesterday and there was no glass floor
also there is a foamer lookout at the duquesne incline
I can assure you there was one, you might have missed it!

Nothing save a conveniently late Capitol Limited will keep me from riding this in less than two months.
Well if you come during the weekend the next few weeks (early 4/23) it'll be your lucky day cause the light rail stop right next to the station, which usually is never open, is being used temporarily because of tunnel maintenance. So that will take you right to the incline.
