That's true. When we're kids, whenever we are sick, my mother always cook chicken tinola because that is so nutritious. We can easily recover and regain our energy. Another one is beef nilaga, another nutritious food from Phils. Good job Mommy Joy!

I like Jimmy, he seems really nice and funny. Gentle giant. Favorite ko yan chicken tinola and pork ribs sinigang, sawsaw sa fish sauce with chili, then lots of rice. The best comfort food.

I prefer my chicken tinola w/ a few yellow banana peppers for a little heat and some potatoes & petchay or chinese bokchoy. 😋. I also like that you’ve added green beans & spinach. Chili leaves including 3 or 4 chili fruit itself ( that makes it moderately spicy & wont need them to put hot sauce) , that is the best. Patis @ sautee proceedings would truely give it the authentic tinola savory. 😊
