I’m not sure if it’s been commented on any of the other Hazbin videos (if it has I just haven’t seen it), but yes, Alastor is canonically Asexual. Besides Alastor being ace; Charlie is bisexual, Vaggie is lesbian, Angel is gay, Husk is pansexual, as far as I know Sir Pentious is bisexual, and I think Cherri Bomb is also bi- but I’m not 100% sure. And Niffty is straight.
You’re right, both Cherri and Sir Pentious are bi. Vox is also bi, Val is pan, and I’m pretty sure Velvette is also some flavour of queer since Viv described the Vee’s as a queer friend group (personally rooting for her to be a lesbian but we’ll have to see lol).
I also just wanna add that Alastor is canonically aromantic as well! So he’s aroace :)

For anyone wondering, Alastor is canonically both aromantic and asexual. It was confirmed in the last livestream that Viv did with the cast. It’s on her main channel.
Viv doesn’t mind if you find him attractive or ship him with other characters as long as you respect his cannon sexuality and the people that also have the same orientation.
Especially because a lot of acearo people have come out to say, “I’m in a relationship, so can Alastor-“

Also yes Al is asexual. Right before this came out viv did an interview and she said he is but if someone said it he probably wouldn't know what it meant lol referring to this very scene. I cracked up so bad watching it.

Honestly I was just waiting for this episode alone to see the reaction to the "ace in the hole" joke.
Which, yes is the official confirmation in the actual show that Alastor is indeed asexual. And not just that but it's also very heavily implied both in the show and from outside sources that he is also aromantic.
While Alastor's "aceness" has been openly stated by the creator for a few years now, it was still debatable if he was just ace or aroace.
But with the full release of season 1 now it's practically 90% implicit that he is in fact aroace.
Both within the show from the way Rosie's joke doesn't just imply lack of sexual attraction but also romantic as well. And from outsite sources like the official Valentine's Day card which had Alastor's be purely platonic as well as post from the official twitter account for the show.
Not only that but it’s been officially confirmed as well!!! They confirmed that he’s canonically aroace on a livestream about a month or so ago :)

Honestly, there is just something about the mysterious villain characters. It really does make them more interesting. Also, I've read all books from Once Upon a Broken Heart. Great trilogy.
