I mean driving license. Usually, construction projects are not covered by public transportation and that is why you need to have a car.

I came UAE all the the times from outside only
Trying from inside only is a myth
If you are very special you might be hired from outside UAE. If you have a friend inside UAE, ask him/her to buy a local number for you, add it to your resume, and start applying for jobs 1 week before you arrive. By doing this you will gain sometime.
