Sheesh I don't own any HART power tools, but I'm sure they're just fine for the regular homeowner and price point. I do own a HART shop vacuum, and it works great at half the cost of of other "name brand" vacs. All of it's made in the same place anymore anyway, even the big names.

You gotta carve your top out at an angle so it sits right when you put it back on. I learned that the hard way this year! Also apparently carving them out from the bottom and keeping the stem attached to the top keeps it from rotting for a bit longer.
One of my ex's and I would print out jack o'lantern designs, tape them to the pumpkin, trace the picture with a toothpick. Then trace the holes with a knife. Many of you have probably done this. Easy and effective.

Don't cut the top of the pumpkin. Cut the bottom out and then you can place your light source on the ground, place the pumpkin on top of the light.
