Lexi is going to be a force to be reckoned with! I can’t wait to see her in 2yrs. Liyah is doing well too! I love watching these videos. It reminds me of my family. My sons plays football, older daughter plays volleyball, and the baby girl plays basketball, cheer and now volleyball😓 And I coach basketball and volleyball. So I definitely can relate to living a busy life style! Investing in our kids is all that matters!🙌🏽💚

Theyre both doing great! Once Alexa gets that trail leg down quicker and power through those hurdles, she's gonna be a monster! She needs quicker arms in between those 100 hurdles and thats whats going to get those legs moving faster. Tell her to keep driving hard on that back stretch and first curve in the 300s. She went to sleep right there and thats what costed her the race. Shes the strongest out there, that finish??? She just needs to add that to the first curve and sling shot off it into that last straight and FINISH! Great performances girls, you two make me hope my future daughters want to do track! I agree! We have her working with a new hurdle coach and plan to work with him throughout the summer. Next year she’ll be running way better.

This was a great meet, Lexi had some good competition & still was in Beast Mode…yesss, keep killing them, even that 300, the was counting her out at the end & she pushed right on thru with 2nd & a great time. Now my feelings was hurt a little but because I’ve watched all of your videos & have never seen Lexi upset & not smiling…tell Timberland they better get that program together. It was good seeing your mom & Liyah was excited to see her as well, she missed her Granny & Granny missed her. Great Job on your Long Jump & Triple Jump, you coming out the gate hard as a freshman, I can only imagine what the next 3 years gon be like. Fun Police & his baby girl, if he said she didn’t do it, then she didn’t do it…lol. She might have said 1 or 2, but that’s it…them ppl was listening too hard 😂😂😂😂.

Triple Jump was really good
Some tips for Lexi’s 100m would be to get out the first 20-30ms.She can be become more aggressive with it by keeping her head down for the first 20-30ms and then pop her head up and make her steps aggressive and fat when she gets out the block.Putting more force into the ground will help pick her feet back up and make it fast and quick

notice that alexia don't really have a drive phase comin out the blocks when she learn to drive oit the blocks she would probably run 12.4
She already knows what she needs to work on. Things like that takes practice. 😊
