What size paper do you use for your printer?

I mostly use 11x17 - but my printer can handle up to 13 x 19 with the rear feed.

Yes, they do ask for cc. But if you choose to not continue with the subscription after 1 month or 10 downloads, you can cancel and you will not be charged.
