Hi everyone, I hope you're fine.
Today's recipe is a simple, delicious and gorgeous Appetizer. Everyone will be delighted to see and taste it. Try and enjoy!
Boil the eggs, carefully separate the yolks and mash them with Mayonnaise or cream cheese. Add some salt and pepper and pipe them into the whites. Make a hole at the end of the eggs and put a green onion into the hole, then decorate the flowers with some upside down green onions. I hope you have a delicious day

8 eggs
Some green onions
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
(Or) 1/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/2 Tsp salt

This is lovely. I just saw this recipe online and search to find it on CZcams. I prefer using mayonnaise also, but the other recipe called for cream cheese (as you also suggested). One other comment; they used a straw at the bottom of the egg, and then inserted the onion. Straw might give a wider insertion point. Oh, edit: They shredded artificial crab which I though sounded yummy. Thank you for posting! 🌹

It was a big hit on Easter. I did have trouble with the top portion of the white tearing when I gently nudged the yolk or when I inserted stuffing, but somewhere I saw you kind of tapped the torn white back into place. No one seemed to care. I told them about you, so I hope you get more hits. Thanks so much for your creative work. 🌹
