Try some vitamins and change your diet...drink plenty of water and get some rest!! I'm dealing with the same thing it's stress..my mom died, work,family and so called friends😞😞life's a B but I thank GOD for everyday🙏I will keep you and your family in prayer🙏

Sorry to hear about the stress-induced thinning :( your locs are so thick and healthy in general so it's clear that your body took a toll in this season. Do you use hair oils> If so, maybe it would help to rub some black castor oil on the areas that are most affected or to do a hot oil treatment to stimulate growth on your scalp and to moisturize the strands that you already have.
