Your locs have really flourish throughout the years👍👍👍👍
Ur locs are literally like a plant lol
GREAT INFO😊 OVER TWISTING, OVER STYLING, OVER COLORING, OVER BLEACHING, TIGHT STYLES WILL KILL YOUR LOCS😮 YOU HAVE LOCS NOT TWIST😮 YOUR LOCS WILL NOT GROW CAUSE YOU ARE NOT LETTING IT BREATHE OR GROW BY DOING THESE THINGS😮 TRY STYLING LOCS WITH WRAPS, SCARFS, SCRUNGES😊 LET YOUR LOCS REST😊 I LOVE YOUR INFO❤❤❤
Get some satin scrunchies from Shein.
OMG I know this video is old but dam. 😍😍😍 . I have fine hair and wondering if I can leave my roots too. 😊
Beautiful hair
Thank you for sharing! I have this problem. 😊
Great information sister!!!! I love your knowledge. Thanks 😊
Experience locticians say if you have hair that grows outside the lock and you don't twist it inside the lock you will wind up with weak locks dropping out eventually because you're not putting that hair in the base and there's no support. It might be okay now but your hair will start dropping out if you don't have hair that grows inside the locks or at least trained more often than twice a year
People have been growing locs before locticians.😊
Yes, that makes sense to me, that's why I do it, keeps my base strong.
Do you use Distilled water or water from your faucet 💚
I use the silk hair ties...it doesn't pull your hair 💚 and l gotten off of Amazon.
I wish I could free form, but my new growth will not loc it remains and afro . I get a retwist every 4 months 😊
And with the top too - take a few locs from each side and put them in the opposite braid. This way, when you take them down, you'll have volume at the top and fullness in the back with no noticeable part showing.
Fabulous. Next time, take some locs from either side of the back center section and cross them over to the opposite side before you do the two braids. This will reduce any noticeable parting in the back once you take them out. It'll look full and fluffy. Easy breezy beautiful.
Yay! Girl, you look amazing! This is a fav style of mine too. Everything I do with my locs looks amazing. BEST DECISION EVER. Our hair just keeps getting cuter and cuter! Woohoo! Have a good one :)
Tutorial on the feather please
I got you!!!
Suggestions for video topics… -You can talk about having locs and self-esteem, -How people react to your locs, -Locs and dating (when you were single) or how hubby reacts to your locs -Did you feel feminine when your locs were short and now more that you have length. -If you started over your locs what would you do different,,ie smaller locs, microlocs/sisterlocs, try color, etc.,,., -You can do reaction videos to your earlier loc videos New subbie, love the vids and your locs fit you so much. The way you did this braid out gave more beachy looking waves than the tighter individual braid out prep. Cute! I am on another set after cutting my bleached-to-death-3yr-locs off last summer lol.
wow that looks so good! I am at the beginning of another loc journey -your locs look so healthy
I love braid outs better than twist outs. Your braid out is beautiful!
Thank you!!!! Yeah... me too. Although I might try out at twistout at this longer length and see how it looks. Last time I did one.... I was only like 2 yrs locd
Beautiful. A protective style in locs will give you ankle length in no time. A if you want a more dressed up style, I guess you can pin back the braids in a bun 😊.
My hair is the opposite even tho shampoo my every 1 to 2 weeks but if I leave my locs alone they grow faster I know because when I was wearing box braids in the past I left my braids intouched for 2 months I didn’t even oil my scalp my hair grew so much
I love how simple you made your regimen absolutely inspiring and your locs are so beautiful period💅🏾❤️
Thank you Kp ....it really doesn't take much. People just over do it for no reason
Your locs are so gorgeous wow I loveeee 🫶🏾💅🏾
thank you :)
I feel deep lipstick colours were made for your skin tone. Deep red, burgundy etc. if you ever try them, please film. 😊
Absolutely loved this video! Thanks so much for sharing Sis!!!
How many locs do you have?
Not sure..last time I checked it was at 97... but that was probably 4 or 5 yrs ago. I may count them on video
OMG your locs are gorgeous!
Your locs are Soo pretty. Definitely would have been my loc goals but my hair texture and density are more on the fine side so my locs aren't as thick as I wished, but I definitely do love my hair and glad I Locd up.z
Hey you know what’s so weird is my density is different all over my head I got thicker locs and then some are thinner have you ever noticed or experienced your locs became slightly thinner than you expecte as they mature? Like at 3 years in my locs were pretty much the same size thickness well majority now that I’m 5 years in it’s like some have slimmed out as they grew longer I hope that makes sense but did you notice that?
I hate to use the word thin or thinner I feel like my hair is healthy and loc to part ratio is still good but it’s just something I noticed
Do you have flat locs!! I love your hair. I would say I’m in the middle. I don’t have a retwist schedule but I do crochet which I’m planing to stop and retwist every 3-4 months since I hate the look of retwist!
Thank you.... my locs are not flat. And I don't do ANYTHING to prevent it.
Shein has great hair ties. They are indestructible!
Thanks... i'll check them out!
Best hair tie for long locs are "knee high stocking".
Thanks..... I'll have to get some black ones. Right now, I only have those "nude" colored" ones. I've have used black socks before in a pinch
Your locs are beautiful. Can you do a video when you do separate your locs. I am interested in seeing how it is done on dry hair. ❤
Thank you. & Sure.... I will make a video of my process
Your locs are thick and beautiful. They have grown a lot. I’m 4 years in. I haven’t done a retwist since the top of November. This is the longest I’ve gone without a retwist. I don’t desire to do one either. I think I like the idea of starting a Freeform journey as well. I have 58-60 locs and I love the way they look and lay without maintenance. I just wash and moisturize them.
I’m just a bit afraid of possible thinning 😮 I love the idea of BIG HAIR as well. I’m going to stick with the freeform idea but keep an eye out for thinning. Keep posting here. I subscribed. Your hair is gorgeous ❤

Thanks so much for this info...Great job...🙏🏽🙏🏽
I like the way you say you are Freeform. I don’t know why people think they can’t separate their locs when even many of the rastas did. 😂 I loosened my twists after 3 days and haven’t maintained since then, I call myself Freeform too but I think anyone looking for a more cylindrical look could leave it in the twists and use a round shape cos I didn’t even part my hair so many of my locs are flat but it’s all good. I watch your videos cos it’s the most familiar I’ve seen here . Most people twist every now and then so I can’t relate . Pls keep posting cos you represent some of us. I used to have the tidy locs so I need to see someone like me to know what my future would look like. 😂 ❤
How often do you retwist
I do not twist my hair ever
Thanks for this. Im in year 7 and 4 locs decided to thin out 2 inches from the tip. I was ready to cut them all 😭
Beautiful 🤩
Thanks
Omg it has grown so much. You are soooo beautiful 😍. Ugh…wish to see more black women with locs. It suits us more than anything imo. How do you separate them? Does it hurt and do you lose hair? I also don’t retwist (well for most part. I do sometimes twist certain ones but not routinely and just when I braid them).
Thank you ! I separate my hair while completely dry -- it doesn't really hurt. I do see some short broken hairs in the sink & on the vanity,,,, but it's not enough to worry about it
Your hair is so beautiful!! Are you still using you herbal tea rinses?
Thanks.... no ma'am not anymore. I think that was year 2 when I was into the rinses. I enjoyed it, but it was not necessary. All I need is water
Im glad I found you. We have the same type of hair from your videos 5 years ago. I’m following you to keep up and be motivated. ❤😂
Your locs have grown so much! Beautiful.❤❤❤❤
They are perfect
Hi loc sis! It’s great to see you. Your loss are looking fabulous! I’m so happy with mine too. Best decision EVER. All the best!
Hey Ingrid.... thank you! 😉

Thanks!!!
