"Wedged somewhere between Wi-Fi and The Wiggles as one of Australia’s greatest exports, Bluey has been a staggeringly successful animated series. Tens of billions of minutes of the show have been streamed into households in more than 60 countries, and the Heelers have subsequently been transformed into over 1,000 bits of merchandising tat. In an unfortunate turn of events, Bluey: The Videogame feels a lot like another forgettable piece of the latter, hovering somewhere between the countless toys and the tubes of licensed toothpaste. Low on innovation and high on what feels like contractual obligation, Bluey: The Videogame is really a low-effort mobile game masquerading as a mid-price console and PC product. It may absolutely look the part compared to the show itself, but with its assortment of shallow minigames rife with annoying bugs, frustrating controls, and a bafflingly brief runtime of a little over an hour, the end result is sadly a lot like one of Bandit’s duck cakes: a bit bodgy." - Hry
My 5 year old loved it. We got 100% completion today…she wants to keep playing the stories…I hope there’s a DLC in the near future

Baldur's Gate 3, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Bluey: The Videogame. 2023 has truly delivered us the golden age of gaming.

Yes. My 8yr old daughter wanted me to buy this. She loves the tv programme and is the only cartoon she watches, eveyrthing else she watches is more real looking not cartoons. But this she loves and she loves the game too because its basically just the tv show but made so you can play it

Bought it for my 2 years old, she goes crazy seeing she can move Bluey with the controller haha the game is absolutely worth it for her!

@@kairavpatel1392 why not? She just likes having the controller in her hands and seeing that the things on the screen are reacting to when she presses buttons.. not sure why that would be a problem. She maybe spends 5-10mins on it before doing something else..

@@YoshMaster Same with my 3 year old. He’s into Spiderman , Mario and Sonic; So being able to move them back and forth in their respective games really gets him hyped up. He soon get bored and then runs off to do other toddler things lol

yea, $40 for a hour game is pretty crazy, could of just been a tablet or mobile game at that point.

Well dang this is gonna be a pass for sure but, it visually hits the mark which is why it is even more of a bummer. If they expanded the story, improved the gameplay, and added more elements to it then it would be an actual home run.

My kids (8 and 4) were bored of this as soon as they completed it, and these are the same kids that play the Kirby Forgotten Kingdom demo over and over daily
Luckily enough this is on gamepass so if your a parent and have gamepass no need to spend 40 dollarbucka
