I feel very very very spoiled, right now. If this house was mine, I could see myself having guests over for card night on Friday Evenings. Making dinner, maybe a cookout, and some adult beverages. Play some boardgames. This is so perfect. Its spectacular! It feels very spacious and cozy at the same time. Just real homey. I would love to live in this on like a cul-de-sac in a nice secluded end of the road type of neighborhood surrounded by trees. A nice yard surrounding the home itself. I am blown away by it. This is THE STUFF! 💕

Beautiful house. The only thing I would change is make a wall between the colums where the one couch is so you have more wall space.
Living in your own home for a long while, you kind of lose track of the price of homes. I bought a very nice double wide for about $40K back in the nineties which got sold a couple years later, so seeing these with price stickers of $300K+ is a bit of a shock. Last night I saw a guy from British Colombia talking about townhouses in his area. Some of them, the childrens rooms wers about the size of the small rooms in single wides! Some of them were very cramped without much storage. The price though was unbelievable. The smallest one was about $500+ all the way up to one townhouse that had about the same footage as this houe had. The price? A measley $900+! That would be the day I bought a house for close to a million bucks to have my house gluesd to the neighbors on both sides.I understand the home that you show, their prices now.

It is the same as the Ultra 6 Epic. It is a very nice home. It was above my price range, but I love my limited 2. For all those questioning the layout, the factory can change the layout. We did on ours.

I like the pantry with cabinet and a window. I have not seen a coat closet with bench to sit and put on shoes before. I would love to have this closet in my house.
Beautiful house! An actual coat closet! Things I might change: I would maybe put a half wall in between the 2 middle columns between the living room and kitchen to separate them more. Also, move the sink to under the transom window where those locker-like cabinets are in the kitchen so the island is just an island - more prep space, less chance people in the living can see your dirty dishes, lol. Love the square sinks in the bathrooms. Thank you Chance 😎

You should absolutely check out Deer Valley’s modular barndo right at 4,000 square feet. It is the supreme of all modular homes! It is beautiful!
It's got the FARMHOUSE exterior aesthetic!! The contrast between the black windows and white siding looks great. The vinyl rails with black pickets just add to that existing theme!
Seems like I have seen this house before. A kitchen to die for. The dream of every great cook. That one bank of cubbies in the kitchen would be perfect for homeschoolers. Love this home.
I have never seen this feature in a kitchen. He didn't mention them or open them. I came here to the comments to ask about these cabinets. Need more info on them. Are these usually in a laundry room?
@@sheriewebber9431 I have only seen them in this house and the other one. I think Chase doesn't want to videos going too long, but me, I'm retired and have plenty of time. I always want to see inside cupboards due to an experiences I ran into close to 30 years ago. I was trying to find a home to buy. So I check out a double wide home for sale and looked in the cupboards. The lower ones didn't have a shelf at all, just the bottom of the cupboard to place things on which meant a horrible waste of space and kitchen storage. I feel the same thing with some pantries that have the racks so far apart and only 3 of them. Yet another bunch of wasted space. One of the reasons I always count the drawers in a kitchen. I guess 1-3 drawers might be fine for someone that doesn't really cook or make sufficient use of their kitchen, but a real cook needs places for tea towels, washclothes, a drawer for aprons, utensils, potholders, silverware, etc. I have 12 drawers in my kitchen and they are full!
lol you obviously don’t know a true kitchen. No JennAir stove or Fridge. No pot filler spout. No butler pantry & you’d have to store all your pots & pans in the dining room cabinets. There are more things missing but you get the point. 🤦🏻♀️
@@mcz9422 I've cooked all my life without a JennAir stove. The kitchen did have a fridge. I understand the theory behind pot fillers, but I have never heard how to then empty the pot, so it is yet another item I wouldn't want. Filling pots with water and moving them around is my husbands job as I can't lift heavy pots. I do know a true kitchen for anything I need I have designed two kitchens for me. I have been helping or going solo in the kitchen since I was in 4th grade (8-9 y/o). I am now 68 and that kitchen for me has everyting that I absolutely must have in my kithen. I always pay attention to the kitchens that Chase shows us, and many of them I would never want the house as the kitchen is so bad.
Chance, please, please, please can you show the floor of the master bath when you tour it? I have a need to know if it has a bench or not... very essential information!

The is a really pretty one chance. I love the color package for the inside and the new bathroom mirrors are awesome! The only thing I would change is get rid of the carpet.

Love the coat closet at the entrance. I'd get rid of the electric fireplace. Just don't like them. Not a lot of wasted space in this home. I like that.

Love the coat room! I’m not a fan of shiplap. I don’t want walls built out of pallets. lol The sliding doors are beautiful and make the room look so much bigger! I would like it better if the laundry room had another door to take the dirty laundry through rather than the kitchen. Nice kitchen storage and layout. Closets are nice. Nice bathroom. Good job! Nice home with everything for a person who wants to rent the rooms or a family. Love the closet by the door, it's the ideal coat closet! I'd switch out the wire racks though. Just an FYI, women can be in the living room watching the game too ya know. I know I'd be! Thanks for the tour!!!

The pocket doors should be automatic as you approach & make the sound like on Star Trek like you are stepping on the bridge of the USS Entrprise and see Captain Kirk at his console let us know how many people can occupy that shower
Now, the main living area (kitchen, living room, dining) is set up very much to my liking. Lots of opportunities for storage, butler pantry, pantry needs, and office space. The only down fall I can see in a single floor floorplan is that the master and the children's/ guest rooms are on the same end of the home. The outside and initial front of the house tour suggests the home is a luxury or designer home. Then you have the bedrooms clustered on one end of the home. It's neat to see that there are many floorplans available and choices for colors, fixtures and multi-story options. That has sort of the Sears and Roebuck Catalog kit house feel to it. Love this Just as beautiful as a regular home. I could see myself living here. But I have a beautiful home 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms 2000 square feet. It is amazing what they can do and what they can feature in these homes. Thank you for sharing all the beautiful homes that you do love them!😊
Northern? Sure Chance but we er.. the Northerners prefer to have another front door to keep house warm when it is really chilly out. I am a native of the North (Syracuse NY) now living in SC.
I have seen this layout twice before. Very similar. One featured with yellow cream cabinets for kitchen as another has main bed. Ehind Kitchen. I would change few things. I said it many times before. I am sure you know that man. 😂😂

I love the open livingroom area and the fireplace is the hig for me,hey the ladies only cooking ,how about the guys get that barb-que fired up and start cooking them burgers hot dogs stesks chicken for crowd lolol😂😂,love the kitchen, love the big laundry room ,oh my hosh i love that pantry room.i would move the center island more closer to the stove area just a foot and half closer ,then you have more space gor the dinningroom area ,rooms are good size .i love the size of the masteroom , i like thighted mirrors, like the big shower ,i would not fo a upstairs i like the sungle level.thsnks chance this home is besutiful ❤❤

This home needs a 1/2 bathroom, the large Walk in coat closet is perfect place for a 1/2 bathroom and the area across from it would be good place for a coat closet just close that space in.

For that price, you would think they would have put the vents in the ceiling, separated the master bedroom from the kids, and made it a four or five-bedroom.
Don't get me wrong, I love the house, but the rooms need to be separated at least.
Nice but not worth $300k. The joint in the floor is visible, small guest bath sink (2ft long!) & 1 plug to master counter/sink? Burlington of NC way better & way less.

I would use them for Holiday dishes, candles, table linens etc. Kitchen goods not used on a daily.

I think the kitchen island is too far away from the stove and too close to the dining table, the chairs at the eat at counter and the dining table sre close together when not in use but put people in them you will be back to back.
$157psf seems fair if the roof, siding, floors, appliances all materials are warrantied for at least 15 years

This is almost the same layout as the Upshaw but the Upshaw looks so much bigger and yet cheaper then this wonder why?!?!
