This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Destiny Homes. The model for this home is the “Sparrow.” This home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,135 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

"Oh Wowee!" I'd take one of those bedrooms and turn it into a pantry! But what a dream house for sure! "The price is reasonable at 100-200 K...home sweet home!"

This is really nice for mom and dad here in the last two bedroom with a bath in the middle and they'd have a place to sit and watch tv away from everyone else. I really like this. Thank you.
Chance?? This home doesn't look like it has 5 bedrooms!! Very quaint and very nice looking!! Really well designed!! Like all of the rooms!! It beats staying in a cramped apartment that you will NEVER OWN!! Thank You for bringing this to our attention!!
Where I live they are only building apartments or $800k homes. It’s very hard for new home owners to find a nice affordable home. Makes more sense to buy some land and one of these. About the only way to get out of paying $800k for a new home that is 10 feet from your neighbors.

That's what a spare bedroom is for.
I was shocked there was no pantry, coat closet or other closet. I also HATE when the water heater access is in a closet. Like why?
I was thinking the same thing.
I already watched Saturdays video. I could see this working even for just me and Raiden. My room, his room, my office, his play room and then a guest room.
Now this house is pretty awesome. And the price sounds good as well. A few tweaks would make it darn near perfect. The living room is huge. Actually bigger than it needs to be since this house also has a Family Room. Slide the front door to the left and add closets to the wall shared with bedroom 2. That way you have a coat closet in your living room and you get rid of the bump out closet in the bedroom. Get rid of all the shiplap wall. Just no. Would be nice if they put a wall between the kitchen and the living room a few feet to create more of a division. Like maybe to the point where the dining room technically starts? I like the optional master bath plan that just has a shower and not a tub. The utility room is a tad bit small. Really don't need that little cabinet stuck between where the washer and dryer would go. It bothers me that there is not a pantry in the kitchen. But the kitchen does have floor to ceiling cabinets and is in that good L-shape configuration. The double sink is good and it is positioned in front of the window. But it really needs to be installed 'under' the counter and not dropped in on top. The white brick tile is ugly. Rip that out. I'd actually prefer a regular door in the Dining area. That would create wall space where you could install a pantry at the end of the kitchen counter. Good number of windows. I would prefer just one in the master bedroom to cut down on noise and light. You really don't need three whole bathrooms. Even in a large family the odds of three people trying to bathe at the same time are pretty slim. Take bath 3 and make it just a half bath. That way bedroom 5 can have a normal closet and you could even expand the utility room just a little. Maybe stick the hot water tank there instead of the closet in the master bedroom. Overall, I think this is one of the best layouts I've seen at one of the best prices.

That's quite the hallway!! The main bedroom was really nice. Very spacious closet. This place has the flooring I like. I'd like a bigger island in the kitchen, a pantry would be a bonus as well. Still, there's lots to love about this place ❤

As a family of six if I was to go for one of these park home buildings, it would have to be a five bedroom so the kids can have their own room and for me and the wife this one is a good one .
Wassup Chance ?! The size is perfect, just needs a pantry and fireplace, and I'd take the bedroom by the side door & make it the laundry room and also have it a 2 full bathrooms and maybe a half bath.
I agree with the laundry area. I would definitely perfeer it. it's just be one and not near a door. You can still have a mud room
Yes! A 5 bedroom, *3* bath home! Once you get more than 3 bedrooms, you *need* an extra bath!
The in-law suite idea is great! I could definitely live in just that space while the family gets the rest of the house. My own entrance is perfect!

Very nice home Chance. I just like my master bedroom and bath with that beautiful tub to be on the other end of the home away from the kitchen for quietness away from the kitchen noise.

I absolutely really love the layout and exterior of it. My favorite part is the master bathroom with the tub and the tile surround in the shower. Also, the fact that it has 5 bedrooms and the den. ❤❤❤❤❤

Hey Chance I really like this 5 bedroom and 3 full bath home! I like that the laundry room doesn't have a door leading outside! I would put at least 2 decks on it, the front deck I would have it covered an possibly enclosed. The back deck I would have a partially covered an part of it open! I like that you have a living room an a family room, you don't see that in alot of homes anymore. The master bedroom an bath are amazing and awesome. The other 4 bedrooms are all nice sized an the other 2 bathrooms are great too. I like the kitchen setup with the different cabinet colors an counter tops. It surprised me that they didn't have a pantry in this unit. But they done a outstanding job on this unit! Your fan Leonard from North Carolina.

12:48 5/13 I agree with the pantry. Couldn’t there be one at the end of one counter all the way up. My Moms newer one has cabinets going all the way up the side of her frig.

This is a good floorplan for a family. That family room would probably end up as a kids' play room or teen game room. I'd chang out the black trim for my own personal choice, but otherwise, the colors are nice.

On this home, I'd delete the 5th bedroom make the den area bigger, add the window in the 5th bedroom beside thebother 2 to make 3 for natural light. Also when theb5th bedroom closet deleted to make that bathroom bigger. I'd want a fireplace option in the den area for cozy nights. I'd also want the door in the laundry room due it could be used a mud room instead of the big door in the dinning room.

Growing up in a mobile home, my first thought is are all these cabinets particle wood, thin walls (Not sheet rock,) and the quality of the floors. Also how well it will hold up after a move. We had ours in 1 place for 20 years and then had to move, and after resetting its a lot of noticeable differences.

Beautiful and BIG. I typically dont like the dark trim, but for some reason, in this application I love it! Only thing I would have is carpeted bedrooms and family room! Thanks for the tour from my favourite Beach, Biloxi!

Love a big house. I need space for two completely different businesses and this would fill the bill. For the Master, I'd leave the shower, but have them gut everything else. I'd use the space for my craft business, and the closet for my supplies. The main room would be my office. This way both businesses would be in one area. and would be off limits to guests. Yes, my dogs would get their own room, but would likely sleep in mine.
I'd put a small freezer in the laundry room, and the front closet would be the pantry.

I believe that I would rather have the laundry room there at the side door, still keep that third bath, make it a four bed home, (don’t really need a “family room”) then the original laundry room could be a pantry. And of course it being me, got to have a fireplace in the living room.

I Ike just a big flat wall like that in the livingroom because everyone has different size tvs. Ours is an 85 inch and wouldnt fit in most of the spaces over fireplaces.

Hi Chance....really dont like the water heater in the master closet...where was the furnace and electrical box....love the kitchen and family room....in the living room where the t.v. is i would want it lighter....What no Pantry....definitely a big deck in the back....Be Safe Be Blessed

Beautiful but too big for me. The commode in the master bathroom is in a weird spot. BUT now, Chance, I have a stupid question. Did I miss seeing the microwave in the kitchen??? It has to have a microwave with all those bedrooms filled with kids!!!!💗

Hey Chance, I hope you're having a great day! While watching this video I noticed that the dryer vent is run Bing under the house why do they run the dryer heat vent under the house for?
I'm all for windows. But I think the bedroom windows could be horizontal instead of vertical, and maybe only one window. Privacy in bedrooms is a must. Most people that want one of these types of homes would like to know if they can even afford it. Tell us the price from the git go. Stalling on price is just crazy.
This isn't the first time you've toured a home with a Frigidaire refrigerator. I am familiar with the incessant beeping they can make. After a "power outage," it will continue to beep until you acknowledge the refrigerator had lost power. Admittedly, it's a bit of a trigger to hear the beeping, but if you didn't want to have it in the background of your videos, all you have to do to stop it is touch any of "buttons" on the door.

I agree that this home definitely needs a pantry. A family this size will have a lot of groceries to store but there's not a lot of cabinets in the kitchen. Also a coat closet. Otherwise nice home.
