I do this in Power Armor. Throw Mine up on the boxes, then you will notice a trash bin and white bags to the left of the terminal @ the 1:07 mark. I stand in between the bags and bin and face the Mine, use VATS with my fist and I am up on the wall in 1 go. Of course, I have done this over and over to perfect it :), I then re-equip my weapon so I can use the cross hairs to help guide me along the wall. @ the 2:48 mark you will see the white backing of some terminals through the wall on the right and a square closed off window straight in front of you. Jump in through that wall between the closed off window and the white terminals and your in, just be ready to destroy a laser turret immediately. That's why I also re-equip my weapon after I get up on the wall. Tips - I go around and destroy all the turrets and mobs before I use the terminal to start it up. Good luck to everyone :). i usually go with a friend for fun, i do the card part, photomodo glitch to terminal door, open the door for my friend and doing last step of create cores directly without kill anybody and at least last room is with a friend
if you hit the X button (on PS4/5) then click R2 almost the same time (X first).. then I use a jet pack and bump the jet pack to push me up and come straight back down on the wall.. then fly over to the room.

4 Nuka Grenades will clear the control room of all robots and turrets
Kinda wasteful in the long run. 12 Nuka grenades per server. Rather use it for west Tek. Doesn't take long to wipe em out anyhow.
i don t know how fast yall do it but its taken me 10minutes aswel as keep killing myself by hitting the mine
