"발걸음" is a North Korean march which praises North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, though releasing in 2009 before Jong-un gained power and his father, Kim Jong-il, was still the head of state.
This version was performed by the Mongolian Army Choir at the April Spring Friendship Arts Festival in Pyongyang in 2018.
