Maybe the reason the yacht was named Marigold because both montague and midas fell in love with her so they tried to impress her midas with the golden touch and montague with the diamond relik. Montague is still in love with her so he named his boat Marigold.

They never explained the relationship between Midas and Marigold. So don't assume it's love, for all we know she's his daughter or a snapshot.

What if this is the story. In the first Montauge loading screen that seems to be Grand Glacier or Lavish Lair I'd say its Lavish Lair before the Society was founded the island was mostly taken by the Underground at this time so this is where the rivalry started Montauge stealing the diamond relic, this could've been a mission for Montauge sent to him from Valera. Valera might be an ex Underground member and I'll explain why in a bit, but anyways next thing Jones, Hope, Peely and the rest of the Underground start researching Montauge until they find out he's connected to Midas so they start researching Midas. Also I forgot to say but wMontauge might have also stolen the ruby relic or whatever Valera has. But next after Montauge has controled his powers he is sent by Valera to found the Society and the reason Valera didn't reveal the Society is because she wants to stay hidden because she dosn't want to get found out by the Underground. She left the Underground to start her own place because she wasn't respected compared to her daughter Hope whose parents are Valera and Montauge. Valera is in Reckless Railways because its the least expected place. Now to get back at the Underground Valera sends Oscar a well known bounty hunter who was originally brought to the island during chp2 s5 after Peely but Valera wants Peely so Peely is sent across the island from Oscar to Nisha eventually to Valera where she gets Peely to tell her where the Zero Point is then she hacks the cameras there to know exactly where it is and then leads the Society to the Zero Point... Also Pbj please respond this took forever

Montague is this maps version of midas. An alternate midas. No gold this time but diamonds. And he probably has a similar goal to midas and thinks peely is somehow gonna help him get what he wants, maybe because he was at the chapter 1 map? But i think midas is gonna make another appearance next season or during the live event
normally, the bosses (valeria) in games or shows dont do any work but they get their workers (slaves💀) to do the work. So, maybe, Montague had to get the role to steal the society plaque thing (possibly guarded by hope and jonsey) to give to valeria?

They work together. Nisha probably was given Peely as maybe part of a plan where Jones would be forced to fight every single boss on the map. I think this could be a tag team trade plan to bring Jones down, where each member is given Peely until either Montague or Valeria is given Peely and Jones might give himself to them
She is honorable as said in her skin description but she's fighting for a dishonorable cause I honestly think she may be trying to get information but she must fight the dishonorable cause to get it from I'm assuming valeria

The society probably has Midas locked up somewhere since they have all of his things, once we take them down and bring Peely back we'll find Midas at the same time.
I personally think it was just Nisha turn to watch peely
They want the zero point so they’re questioning peels so the season doesn’t change
I don’t think Oscar was hunting peely specifically.
I believe the hunt is for jones and capturing peely is Oscar’s way of drawing out jones from the underground which is likely why Oscar was even talking to jones.
For a hunter he’s already done his job and there would be no reason to tell jones if his target was just peely.

New theory: Valeria, Midas, and Montague are all related ( oldest to youngest left to right) and montague had an idea and valeria liked it so she said she wanted to be leader. Think about it they all have reilcs of some sort ruby, gold touch, and diamond necklace. Just a theory.

Hey J, I wanna say, this is great, Somethings are understandable but there is one problem, the Jones loading screen, if Jones ran into Valeria, wouldn't he be well, captured? I mean he is underground with a base but not gone from the map like Peely, and Valeria would catch Jones since she has fire powers but plot armour explains it and by the way, Montague is the founder and the current leader of the Society, he was just running away from Hope and the underground after they raided a society mansion and most likely, Valeria is the second in command.
Valeria seemed to be in charge since in jones loding screen he went through the whole society, then got to Valeria at the end.. telling a story where the main villain is Valeria!
if we look at the car thats chasing Montague theres someone sticking there head out the window and they have cat ears just like hope so most likely Montague stole the Dimond relic from hope and Jonesy

Im not sure who is the actual leader of the Society. In the "Return of the Tiger" Music Pack, Oscar claims that he is the Boss of Society, Montague is presented to be the founder and a ruler over the Society but Valeria seems to be the one behind their workings. Maybe The main Society members share their influance and power in some ways.
I'm 99% sure everyone is brothers or sisters, Valeria and Hope being sisters is already directly said but it would make sense for everyone else.
Also to clear it up it is Mont-Tuh-Gyoo, this is the English pronunciation, just search it up

I don’t think Montague gave the society to Valeria. It wouldn’t fit his character. Montague feels like that smug kind of asshole that wouldn’t want to give things up very easily. I think Valeria is just meant to be the one who’s to get information out of Jones for the society. It is likely that they kidnapped Peely because they know how much he means to jones. They took Peely to get under jones’ skin. So that this way he can tell them where the Zero point is. The loading screens do give a lot tells about Valeria being the leader but if you listen to each boss music when you fight them. Each one has some other instrument playing except for Montague. Montague’s is the only one that is seemingly original in every way. Not only that, but his mansion is also positioned at a high point on the island and is the largest estate on the island. Like he’s looking down at all the others

I think I might have a theory. Since the Fortnite map traveled back in time and the events had changed leading to chapter 5 instead of back to chapter 2. Midas might’ve never actually been shown for power since the events of chapter 2 season 2 technically hadn’t happened. Maybe in these moments the society actually owned the boat before Midas and the agency was actually just a scrapped concept at this point in time while Midas was still in search for power. Or maybe in this moment of time Midas is actually an agent serving in the society instead of making the agency and forming ghost (I mean he is a corrupted billionaire 🤷♂️) and he was the one that did the peely shenanigans for power. It’s just a theory but it could’ve happened

Maybe they were actually rivals and in the other timeline ghost had successfully gained control of the island and that’s why we see them and in this point of time the society had taken over the island before ghost had the chance which is possibly why we see the agency as it was a possible concept that could’ve happened if the society didn’t take over before ghost
