Sir many auto driver in supermarket are very bad, they treat elders badly, my mother was threatened to pay 100 from supermarket to taxi stand, it's so near we always pay 50 but turns out the owner of the auto is Sumi so even the driver are like " their owner is sumi " I still have the pic of the auto along with the number plate no.
He is the one who brings behari to dimapur to fill his own pocket.
What's the shame of wearing auto uniforms???many auto drivers specially locals don't wear uniform.they get calls from their friends where the autos are checking at that time only they will wear .

I took an auto from dhobinala to head back home after shopping. The driver drove recklessly and at a very high speed, moving both east and west instead of driving at a straight pace. I told him to slow down and he started laughing. Then I asked him why he wasn't in his uniform. He replied, "Itu moi laga khushi asae...". After I reached my place I took a photo of his number plate and told him I was going to register a complaint to which he replied," Kuribi. Moi bhoi nai"...

Yes you should not only catch non locals but locals too, our own local people are those who always breaks the laws and charge more. Everytime I want to hire an auto I always look for non local drivers cause they don't charge like our Naga brothers.
