Love the pocket cover as well. I only just realized that your large circle hole punch is an avocado! Too cute! Using the beautifully decorated and thoughtful envelope from Mary Ann to decorate the inside covers is a wonderful idea. Love how she personalized it so much for you. The eye shadow I am using for pigment ( abandoned on the street ) has lovely metallic shades, this one was two tone, a dark grey with a green shimmer, it really is relaxing to create. Gabrielle oh don’t we love experimenting with colours and plants, using our washing line and even our iron !!!! It was like serendipity the quote was waiting on the desk for when I passed by. Have a wonderfully relaxing day 🩵
Janet, I love that you talked about the washing line. Here in the states, it can depend on where you live and what you call it AND what kind it is. We use a "clothes line" that it connected at two separate points with pulleys at each end, and you stand at one end and hang the clothes and pull the line to advance it along. Another clothes line used is just connected at two points and the person walks along and hang the clothes. Then, there is one that looks like an umbrella and has multiple lines from the outside to the inside and you hang the clothes on each line. I can't wait to see how you fill this journal. Love the moon pie journal!! They are very tasty. Like I had told you before I remember I ate those as a kid. We had a lil corner store that sold penny candy and they sold treats like that. Every so often I would get one. I would have to say my go to sweet treat are M&M's. the plain or the peanut butter ones are my favorite. Have a good one.🍫🍫🍫 😋😋😋

It has been quite a while since I had a moon pie...I never dipped mine in RC....not sure if RC is even around anymore...they even made another flavor of moon pie I think...never thought about moon pies looking like a wagon wheel...Great idea about making a journal out of the box...I remember getting Digestables cookies over in England hope I spelled it correctly...Remember going to Thing a me Bob's store and buying them and some other goodies...hope I spelled that correctly...great video love how Freddie wants to join in on the fun..eating moon pies and having cola and doing the puzzle ...

Thank-you Janet for sharing your junk journal process, I loved it! It will be a lovely fluffy journal. Those biccies looked delish, very much like the wagon wheels I had when I was young. The blossom was so spectacular, the path looked like it was covered in pink confetti. Making your own paint looks like fun, I loved the color. Thank you so much Maria, I absolutely love playing with packaging ! The eye shadow I am using for pigment ( abandoned on the street ) has lovely metallic shades, this one was two tone, a dark grey with a green shimmer, it really is relaxing to create.
Isn’t nature whichever season an absolute inspiration.

Gabrielle oh don’t we love experimenting with colours and plants, using our washing line and even our iron !!!! It was like serendipity the quote was waiting on the desk for when I passed by. Have a wonderfully relaxing day 🩵
Janet, I love that you talked about the washing line. Here in the states, it can depend on where you live and what you call it AND what kind it is. We use a "clothes line" that it connected at two separate points with pulleys at each end, and you stand at one end and hang the clothes and pull the line to advance it along. Another clothes line used is just connected at two points and the person walks along and hang the clothes. Then, there is one that looks like an umbrella and has multiple lines from the outside to the inside and you hang the clothes on each line. I can't wait to see how you fill this journal. I love your process vids.....of course i'm always interested in what you are creating however, i love taking the opportunity to snoop at what else you have have going on at your desk. lol Your journal came together lickity split but then it's always the same because while i so enjoy watching you create .........before i know it, ....... your vids are over....... you know it wouldn't matter how long they were...they would never be long enough . I just love them so. I have never had a moon pie before........... Oh fab idea. We don’t do s’mores over here ! My nephew introduced me to them a few years ago, he got the idea from Scout camp, it takes toasting marshmallows round the fire to a whole different level !!

Love the moon pie journal!! They are very tasty. Like I had told you before I remember I ate those as a kid. We had a lil corner store that sold penny candy and they sold treats like that. Every so often I would get one. I would have to say my go to sweet treat are M&M's. the plain or the peanut butter ones are my favorite. Have a good one.🍫🍫🍫 😋😋😋

So funny, kids on Christmas who rather play with the boxes...I got a pair of puppy socks for Christmas and I've been using the packaging (gorgeous and perfect paw print) ever since (thanks to a suggestion from Amy at the DDF!!) It has been quite a while since I had a moon pie...I never dipped mine in RC....not sure if RC is even around anymore...they even made another flavor of moon pie I think...never thought about moon pies looking like a wagon wheel...Great idea about making a journal out of the box...I remember getting Digestables cookies over in England hope I spelled it correctly...Remember going to Thing a me Bob's store and buying them and some other goodies...hope I spelled that correctly...great video love how Freddie wants to join in on the fun..eating moon pies and having cola and doing the puzzle ...

oh how lovely this journal turned out😊!!!! and three signatures as well! going to be jam packed with goodies, i just know it 😁 im closing in on finishing my first journal, which is more like a smash book. have you ever heard that term before? i put packaging of treats, journal about things, collage, paint, and sketch/doodle. i feel like I've cracked the code to my journaling after 33 years of trying (ok maybe more like 20 years off and on!) i feel like a million bucks! been drawing sooo many plants, cant wait for more things to pop of here💘💘💘 I've missed everybody on the lives as i haven't been waking up in time the past few weeks. sleep is so healing tho, i dont want to compromise too much of that🥺 still, i miss hanging out and thought I'd check in with you!! hope you're well 💘💘💘 sending much love!!!!!
