The paper with the yellow roses is so pretty ❤
Bravo, Meg! You gave me some ideas I am using RIGHT away! I wanted to highlight some words in a dictionary definition. Didn't want to use a Highlighter so water color it is! AND sewing paper strips for the last page of my current journal is perfect and I can use the left over for some other project! Have a great weekend!
Yay! So glad!
Thanks for all the great ideas❤❤❤
Oh my goodness, I never thought of printing an image on a book page! What a great idea! Loved the daffodil page.

I’m so happy to have found your delightful channel. (Greensboro, NC)
Welcome! :)

Thanks! I thought the music was fun, too!!
New subbie, great ideas, thank you!
Thank you for this video. I was especially curious about how you did your frankinpages. I am starting Halloween journals, and am enjoying my hawaiin one I purchased frommyou.
Glad it was helpful! And glad you are enjoying the Hawaiian journal too!
Recently discovered your channel. Learning so much, @11:49 could you tell me if you bound those pages in a journal or did you make greeting cards with them? Would love a tutorial of different ideas. Thanks.
Hello and welcome! I did end up binding them into the journal. But you could make greeting cards the same way also!

The watercolor paints look very pigmented. Could you share the brand and where to find them? Great video!
It’s been a while so I’m not entirely sure, but I will tell you what I have in my stash….its one of those. I have a basic set that I just purchased at Michael’s - their brand. Just a standard water cake set. I also have a two other sets, a regular mixed color set and a fluorescent set I bought from Amazon by MozArt Supplies. Those are very pigmented. I love that brand. Hope this helps!
What kind of book page texture for the printing would be best?
I’ve used rougher pages and also very smooth and thin pages (dictionary or thesaurus). Sometimes I have to tape it onto a sheet of regular copy paper (washi tape here and there, small pieces), but not always. Depends on the printer too. I also print regular quality; best quality uses more ink and sometimes comes through to other side. Hope this helps!
Do you have a tutorial on the way you adhere your signatures to your books
I do! Look in my playlists tab at the Junk Journaling 101 series, Episode 7! :)
Do I have to sew? I don't have a sewing machine
You don't have to sew -- you could slightly overlap the edges and glue them together. You can use a black or white gel pen to mark lines to resemble stitching, too.
@@ChasingRetro i like the idea of using pattern paper.. the sewing patterns. Good use for my mom's old patterns
I have some book that i love and i dont want to use😭😭
Good ideas. Please turn the music off.
thank you for sharing, as an aside your music is distracting to your instruction
You absolutely do not need the background music. I know it doesn’t bother a lot of people, but it’s hard for me With my hearing to keep concentrated on you with the background music going. All I wanna do is hear you talking Thanks
I actually had to go past your channel because of that horrible music. You are so talented and have a pleasant voice, so PLEASE get rid of the “music”.
Downvoted because of the music.
Tutorials are enough on their own with the voiceover.
The music alienates a lot of people.
There are many who will be triggered by sensory overload from the visual, voice and music.
It's such a shame because it's an interesting video.
If I, or someone else doesn't mention it, then video creators aren't aware of the problem and can't do something to help in future videos.
Hi Meg, I'm coming over from @JournalGigiHanna channel. Great ideas! New subbie.
Welcome and thank you!
I thought the music was retro and a good fit. I enjoyed the video. Blessings! @theresaconway-hayes
Glad you enjoyed it!
