How long do it take for a reply via email as I used the link ive received the item but its not working as in its won't do anything and I'm getting no reply and frustrated waiting out ov work thank you

Thanks for the review. I can not see the temperature for the gearbox on the CR Pro+, is that the same for the Max? On a 2018 Volvo V60 D6. Earlier I had the older CR Pro and on that unit the temperature was visible. It's a bummer as I have to set the oil level on the gearbox at 50 degree Celsius. Wonder if I should have kept the old unit.

Hello how does this compare to the CR Genius?
Is any of the CR line(Max, Genius, Pro +) able to combine plots?, and how to review runs?. I have an intermittent problem where I loose power during constant medium load and want to troubleshoot that.
I just bought a CR pro plus. It does NOTHING for Mercedes except regular OBD scan which any cheap scanner will do. Not even ABS
But can it find and reset an ABS fault on a Mercedes W204?

With the iCarsoft cr pro i understand that this does most vehicle makes including european, asian and american makes. If i need to change the battery on a range rover sport, can i reset the battery with this device or is this one of those thing that range rover restricts?

I got the icarsoft cr bt . I was wondering why it doesn't read toyota cars ! You must put in the details! So makes it slow job.. have gone bach to lanch tool for speed! Is there something i can do to help icarsoft tool to do this its self.

You need to reply to your emails!!! I've been sending email and your website form even tried the text that was on the website going beck to November 2023, asking questions before buying over and over and over again, only one reply asking for my vin number, i sent that, no reply's. God knows how it would be if one had a problem with a unit purchased from the company your promoting in these videos, very bad show. You've stated in some of your videos to ask specific questions before purchasing, i have had no response other than to ask vin number.

A bit expensive. Several similar scanners for about $200-220 US.

Updates are not for ever, its for the lifetime of the unit, if iCarsoft decides that your unit is out dated, there will be no more updates. It is like your Smartphone after a number of years no more updates. So you are lying
