I was just looking, there is a crankcase vent filter listed for a 700k, you might want to check it and see if it is gummed up. If it is, then you might be building a little pressure and that could be causing your mess around the fill.
Could you use a laser line mirror across the building? Not sure how vibration would affect it though and the mirror soaks up some light also which makes the beam light less and larger at a long distance. They work good indoors and never tried it outside.
On jobs like that with big buildings would it be better to set up a base station over a known monument marker for building the whole job and use the one off the dozer can triangleate of that
I really enjoy the grader stuff. That your dad you were talking to at the right window when you first rolled up on the site? Looked like they have a few EV charge ports there? That greennie weenie BS makes me angry. They are already complaining out grid isn't strong enough for all the weather we have been having and now they wanna force us all onto that garbage? SMH
Seems like the solution is to bring the grid up to snuff (required anyways) rather than to let it prevent all progress indefinitely. We'd still be riding horses if nobody had thrown out the old horse paths and put in proper asphalt, too.
@@2xKTfc Where will all that electricity come from? Wind? Solar? Hydro? Not a chance. None will be able to supply enough current no matter how many fields they install. It will require LOTS of fossil fuels to supply the electricity. I can never get over how many gullible folks there are that think this green crap is going to change a thing or save the planet. Ever checked into how much oil is used to lube the windmills and how often it has to be changed? There's a few studies out that explain just how many green energy fields it would require to supply enough current to the entire country and there's simply not enough land available to do it in the entire country. There's way more to consider than just going electric. All those vehicles will still require fossil fuel products for their trans, diffs etc, and who will run the grid? The gov't, that's who. And they will be able to turn it up, down or off whenever they want if the people do not do as they demand. obama himself said publicly on TV that his desire was to make everyone move from the country into towns and cities. It wasn't because they would then use less fuel. It is because once they are corralled like cattle, they can be controlled very easily through shut downs of food and energy when required to control the population. THAT is what this green energy BS has always been about.
@@404nitro Why not? In many regions, wind and solar are the cheapest power source *with zero subsidies* already. So building more of it makes financial sense, even before considering environmental aspects. Turbines can swim offshore (no foundation required), eliminating any land constraints. And even before adding that capacity, cars charge just fine overnight, when there's much less load on the grid - wind doesn't stop at night.
Well one thing for sure! Water doesn't run up hill.Helps to know what your doing! Thanks 😊.
True
from rock crushing to spreading straw to fixing the grounds outside bristol motor speedway. how to stay busy... good to see
Pop in video
Thanks
It's always a pleasure to get a notification from DLH Farms
It sure is
Thanks!
You ought to get you a drone and put lidar on it, You just fly that around and do all your topo for your parking lots and everything.
You always make it look so easy Dennis👍🏻
Thanks 👍
👍👍👍
Great video Dennis. Happy New Year
Thanks!
Happy New Year Dennis! Do you have a preference between construction and farming? Best to you and yours!
I like a little of both so i don’t get board
Good video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Hello good evening
Hey
1st happy new year
That rock crusher was kinda satisfying lol to watch
Thanks! Happy new year!
Happy new year Dennis. 👍😊🇮🇪🇺🇲
Happy New Year!
Great video Dennis. Always like watching you run big equipment. Hopefully I'll get to run the dozer at work this year.
Have fun
Yeah definitely remember that video love seeing them pop up every time you post one
Awesome!
Trouble is all that confounded GPS stuff ain't no good if you get a flat tire on your dozer and it throws the pitch of the blade off. 😜
Haha

👍lol how did we ever get things to grade in the old days with levels and stakes
Haha it worked just slower
Hello Dennis happy new year. GPS helps alot with grading. Think its better? Have a good day.
It helps a ton

Not sure about that, we set up a rotating laser to get the grades up next to the building.

That’s exactly what we are doing. There is a base station set up on a control point every day and it triangulates from that.
I was just wondering when we see a new video from you.
I’m a little slow these days haha
Do they do RCC CONCRETE ON THOSE BIG JOBS WERE YOUR FROM?
They use Boxley they have an on site concrete plant

Yep that’s my dad, yes they have some ports and I feel the same as you about it.
@@DLHFarms Nice to finally see him closer up. I think I remember you posting the video from way back when they were crushing that rock.
