😂 this is the exact comment i was looking for... i knew the joke would go over somebody's head.
That agility shortcut has a requirement level of 5 agility in order to use but it doesn't show up anywhere, unless you're under the required level to actually use the shortcut. I know this due to the Yanille one chunk series.

Fun fact, angler fish are real, like the one from nemo with the lil light.
They are freaking terifying and use the lil light on their head to hunt and lure fish in, hence, angler in their name. They are closely related to monkfish as well

You can slash webs with a broken Guthan's warspear, which has a questionable slash bonus. Also ctrl+a then backspace technically works too
Mudkip has to be the 1st person in the game to hit an aviansie with dragon halberd aoe damage

Mildly interesting fact I don't think I've seen elsewhere, but selling a full mithril (lg) set to the armor shop (kiteshield included) in Jatizo gives exactly 8008 gp if the shop items aren't over, or under-stocked

I've been playing since I was 6 years old in the early 2000s, I will be 30 in a couple of years. I had no idea this game would be thriving at this point in my life. Although I have grown out of being able to grind my days away on the game, I am happy that a new audience appears to begin taking on the grind.

Killerwats also target you as soon as you click on them. They wont use their stronger attack style at all, if you do this and auto retaliate to kill them, making this a not so annoying task on a weaker account

Holy shit i am a programmer and the ctrl backspace thing is something I've seen devs do and haven't given it a second thought after ten years of shit left arrow backspacing. Ctrl backspace is one interaction less i can do at work now. You've saved me around 4.2 seconds per day which adds up to around 25 hours of my lifespan. Thanks you!
Great vid man, my account turns 21 this year (22-8-02) according to Hans (didn't join the dots on his name before now), i had a couple accounts before that but they are lost to the ages lol. I never "got gud" at the game, but I'm actually trying now (learning tick stuff and that) and your vids have been a nice tutorial in a lot of things I'm lacking so thank ye muchly X[) (I'll be maxing soon) =D

CTRL+backspace removes one word at a time in nearly any other application and it's always driven my crazy that in OSRS it wipes the box clean

Going from the yanille POH teleport over the fast wall to the spider web is the exact same time as going from the yanille teleport through the shortcut to the spider web. The POH teleport also takes redirection scrolls (for those without 99 construction) so if you include taking the time it takes to get those then it's a much slower way. You shouldn't just repeat what others say without actually timing it out first.
Might as well take this spot for this type of videos. Since Mote plot barely uploads anymore

I really enjoy your videos. I have played runescape for about 21 years now. I was 13 years old when i first learned about the game from a freind. I have never lost any love for this game. Im still going strong on osrs.
This is almost as much of a throwback as when OSRS came out.

In the eyes of glaughry quest, the hand is your characters skin color. My hand was purple so I took a screenshot when it came up. Looked pretty funny
I really hope if runescape ever does die they will sell a back up of the game. Where you can either buy the game as it was in 07 the original backup or as it is now. With work arounds of quests/minigames that need more than one person. Like AI in CW/PC etc making it possible for void and filling collection logs. Or being able to play with a small group of people via lan or something.
I could've sworn hellhound heads came out in 2016 with the others. I was about to push up my glasses and comment how wrong you were but i looked it up and damn it did come out a year ago. Thats an interesting fact of its own.

Really weird fact about Toy dolls is that they actually have a hitpoint level of 1. You can figure this out by playing Barbarian assault and releasing the doll and have it stand next to an enemy, then shoot the cannon with red egg. The splash damage will kill off the doll.

That chat clearing hotkey is not actually a feature. You can load up the new client and try, it does nothing.
It is just the 'Chat Commands' Runelite plugin. You can set the hotkey to whatever you want too - changing it to Enter is a classic prank if you are near somebody's set up.
Hans also has the exact same model as one of the bankers in the farming guild

Anglerfish actually are real! They live so deep in the water you'll never ever seen them, and they are terrifying
I believe the Fires with the Runes in the Shade Catacomb were also used in the 20th Anniversary Event in the "Realm of Memories". I remember it was one of the holiday events and it looks the same from the screenshot on the wiki, but sadly that area is no longer accessible. That event also came out three weeks before the Shade Catacomb rework, making it the first time fire texture was used (unless I am missing one).
Aw man I miss the realm of memories I wish it was a permanent part of the game
They are also used that asset in the Falador museum (near the "Old passageway"), although it's only on the lower level, which was added February 2023

almost every item reclaiming service requires you to enter your bank pin before reclaiming your items. except toa. you can reclaim items from the toa chest without entering your bank pin. idk if it was an oversight on jagex or if its supposed to be that way. so to anyone reading this, make sure to claim your items from toa before you logout. just incase.

Lol i hate to break it to you but an "anglerfish" is actually a real fish that lives in the deepest parts of oceans where theres no light. They use the light bulb on their head to lure food right infront of its mouth lol
