- Hello everyone,
This video is regarding a virtual challenge organized by C3 Racing club in Cochin. Challenge was to complete 100km anywhere within 3 hours. We need minimum 33.4kilometer per hour average to complete this challenge. It was very difficult in trivandrum with killing headwinds and unending climbs.
I had a company, Anoop Ashok, who represented Kerala state in 24th National Championship and won 16th position. I have shared some of the techniques and preparations i have taken before the ride.

Kudos to ur efforts vishnu... just one suggestion u may use water bladder of 3liter which can be handy instead of bottles also it will keep ur body temparature under control... just suggestion as n cyclist

Thank you so much 🥰 try to hold on drops continuously if you have a road bike. Do core workouts, practice intervals( 3 min max speed and 2 min relaxing speed.) Practice climbs. Ride regularly 🤗

Haii Vishnu first of all congratzz for this achievemet.. Am Prasanth. Am a Trivandrum native and i use to ride in the same route in my vacation days you showed in the video. But not using the road bike you do. Am very passionate in road biking, Am now in New Zealand, a perfect place road biking, as this country has got different terrains and the sceneries around the biking way are awesome. I have got a road bike now and start learning the biking methods and its technicalities. This message is a request actually.
