Reason why barcalona could compete with the Galaticos back then was because of Barca was in their prime. They had Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, ect. They dont have any players like that anymore.

This current Madrid does not have the same issues of team structure as the Galacticos.
They have plenty of players who will sacrifice in the midfield and defense.

The galactico with Zidane won a CL & league titles but the issue is they had 5 attackers, no DM & no structural defense/midfield. This was fixed with the 2nd galactico era that was Cristiano's. This team is way more balanced.

I mean Real Madrid has only spent 260M om Transfer Market for last 10 years. Why anyone gonna complain about them when they have been top 1/2 profitable clubs for years. Other countries spent 600M to gather 4 defenders but If Real spent 150M on a transfer everyone loses their mind😂

Once Mbappe arrives in summer of July 2024 in Real Madrid, they must look for young defenders that can stop fast wingers or strikers, or experienced in defending against Mbappe, and Vinicius
It is highly recommended and a MUST for Real Madrid management, board of directors, coaching staff, people working in their club who are involved on the transfer-market to permanently sell who are currently out on loan to play for another football club, do not offer a loan with buy back clause or with a number or percentage rights, recall or return players that are currently on-loan by another football club to play for Real Madrid, ageing ((28) years old and above), inconsistent (due to limited playing time, never have played and always on the bench, poor defensively, not performing well), injury prone, those who are not comfortable playing in different position, that MUST happen on or before July 2027. We are referring to Modric, Kroos, José Ignacio Fernández Iglesias "Nacho", José Luis Mato Sanmartín "Joselu", Vasquez, Daniel Carvajal Ramos "Dani Carvajal", Courtois, Alaba, Rudiger, Arrizabalaga, Mendy, Daniel Ceballos Fernández "Dani Ceballos" Jesús Vallejo Lázaro "Jesus Vallejo", Francisco José García Torres "Fran Garcia", Diaz, Juan Miguel Latasa Fernández "Juanmi Latasa", Reinier Jesus Carvalho "Reinier", Rafael Marín Zamora "Rafa Marin", Nicolás "Nico" Paz Martínez, & Arda Guler.
Once they get sold these are the players should be sign based on their positions on or before July 2027.
Right Back: Alex Jimenez, Jesus Fortea, Malo Gusto
Left Back: Alphonso Davies, Miguel Gutierrez
Centre Back: William Saliba, Leny Yoro, Dean Huijsen
    Main Striker: Kylian Mbappe
Lastly Real Madrid must never offer a contract to these players for a RIGHT BACK position, that are inconsistent, poor defensively, has disadvantage of height and strength (lacks muscles), proven already that unable to stop wingers/strikers in different leagues, injury-prone, has beyond 60 million euro's transfer-market value, and ageing 27 years old and above, and turning 27 years old and above on year 2027. We are referring to Walker (33), Trippier (33), Di Lorenzo (30), Cancelo (29), Dumfries (27), Wan-Bissaka (26), White (26), Mazraoui (26), Hakimi (25), Alexander-Arnold (25), James (24), Dalot (24), Porro (24), Frimpong (23), Couto (21), and Fresneda (19).

@nahidhassan9140 Look, Barca is and has been in rough times. But for goodness sake, they won the league and the Supercup over Madrid's head last year. This year won't be the same, to be sure, but I'd hardly say the rivalry is over when both teams have each won two of the last five competitions they've competed in against each other. If anything, the fact that Barcelona are still afloat in the kind of rough times that would sink any club is a testament to their strength. Just a football lover's unbiased opinion. They should definitely be afraid for next season, though.

This is a desperate attempt by Real Madrid to make themselves more marketable because the La Liga TV is collapsing globally due to the lack of interest. The problem is a team stars is not interesting they have no quality competition. Real don’t get it, you have to give more of the TV money to smaller teams to buy better players and make the league more competitive. La Liga Tv deal was losing interest globally leading the value of the La Liga TV decline across the world, so they think buying Mbappe will lead to their TV deal and sponsorship increasing. That is not going to happen if EPL teams keep winning the UCL.

LoL, RM is the most profitable club in the world, What the club gets from La liga or the UCL are crumbs. RM desperate? Figure out how desperate they are for TV rights that they want the superLeague to be for free on TV. It's almost a Billion revenues per year club, no one can do that, not even State owned PL clubs or PSG, not even being allowed to cheating with the FFP by UEFA like other clubs known by everyone do.
But the money it is not infinite, it comes from a century of sports and management merits, not by 5 minutes of pumping oil. That is why it has to be 5 times better that anyone else to keep being the best football club in the history of the sport. And Mbappe wants to be part of that history even cutting down his salary, because he knows, that if not, he puts himself out of any ROI for any club that it's money comes just from the sport and it's own assets.
