Changes I've seen are as follows:
1. Infrastructure
2. Nice Desks
3. Cleanliness
4. All teachers
5. All Fans and tube light are working
6. Especially thing we used get to learn English is daily newspapers in 2018 and 19. Then i leave the school.
7. Actually overall is awesome
8. Officers also used to visit again and again and ask the children privately which teacher teaches or which not. Once officers scolded our Punjabi teacher a lot because we have complained about her, then she started studying.

But I'll still call out APP for just this small thing the girl in the video had been in private school till 10th class so that might be the reason for her English to be good.
