Does the brake cable go through the head tube?
Yes, if your top cap doesn’t have a hole for it to go through then you can purchase one with a hole for the brake cable

@@localgames1 what you are thinking of is called a gyro. It enables you to have a rear brake and do multiple bar spins. You can buy them online from flatlandfuel.com. I only have a front brake, so I don’t need a gyro
