Veere just a Heads up. ROF is one of the Worst Real Estate in Gurgaon. My Father brought a Flat as an Investment in one of their other projects. They kept on delaying Possession. When asked about the same. They said you have not paid for this X,Y,Z thing, therefore you are not being handed over the posession. There was no intimation from their side regarding any payment left whatsoever.
We had paid all the Amount mentioned in the
Amortization Schedule. But still they were not handing over the Possession even though the flat was ready, which in turn costed us the rental income for the same flat for about 3-4 months
In the end, We were handed over the Possession but it was quite troublesome.
Just wanted you to be carefull with them Veere !!
I think this is the case with every builder. I'm already prepared for it 😂
But my sister already took a possession with same builder in sector 95 so I know what all problems they create and how to solve them. Rest fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Agreed, as an interior designer, i can say that the rooms will get congested after you keep the furniture and stuff in it and the kitchen is way too small for use And the utility area is missing which should be attached or planned near the kitchen area. Overall do rethink and reconsider the dimensions, if you are willing to shift here or so ....
