if you leave the pinch bolts tightened on the left side the axle will not turn when removing the nut. theres never any need to COMPLETELY remove the pinch bolts, just loosen them. NEVER grab the axle with pliers and gouge the surface with the teeth because the axle also works as a spacer and fine scuffs will eat up your seals quickly. obviously you already have learned how silly it was to think you can get the wheel off without removing the calipers... I really hope you install the darn thing correctly now.

A extended venom stand front & back.Front stand is a triple tree head lift with a extended arm,and the back is a spool lift with a extended arm.

Another video someone put a 2 ton jack right under neath the hayabusa 2nd gen without taking any fairings off. I think I'll do that.
