Hello, haven't made a video in ages but first would like to say thank you for the 1k subscribers. I really wanted to make this video because I noticed a lot of people who viewed my videos were very much down and upset. And I hate to see people like that. I want people to be happy and of course we're not happy all the time but I want people to know that there is light no matter how much darkness you're going through.

I can't forgive myself. I've tried so hard to. But I can't.
You have to forgive yourself to move on in life
Just an idea, but have you tried writing it down? It helps a lot. Writing down everything that gave me guilt and realizing that there was nothing to forgive because those things are part of life and it wasn’t my fault if I made a stupid decision or mistake because I’m still learning how the heck to control my life and emotions. It helped me. Just want you to the know, that you don’t need to forgive yourself because you never did anything wrong. We all do things we wish we hadn’t but it’s in the past and now it was just an experience, a lesson from life to build up the incredible person you are. Accept it and move on.

2 years ago I used to listen to this audio every day to get through it and not give up on myself, I couldn't see myself live another day. but here I am, it was a hard road but I'm still standing and I've found my strength again. I know you can do it too, I believe in you

I shed a tear while listening to this when he said “what tears do you hold back” and then I realized, I don’t let anyone see me cry. I don’t let anyone in and I don’t tell anyone my problems cause I have always believed that I could get through on my own. But then I met my best friend, she has been their for me ever since we met, and I know she is the angle I asked God for when I was little and had no friends. Because she helped me get through those tough times I couldn’t do alone. She taught me that I’m not alone, I never am, and I never will be. Once we graduate, there will be a fork in the road and we will have to go different directions, I’ll be very sad but I know she’ll still be by my side no matter what. That’s what we do for each other, we stick together, forever. It’s only thanks to her that I’m able to open up to someone being her, though I am still hesitant to because I have developed trust issues. But I do trust her with my life, it’s just my anxiety that gets to me sometimes. She helps me with that too and I’m great full. Whoever is reading this, thank you for reading my rant. I love y’all ❤️
I was genuinely smiling and then I saw this video I thought to play it, and when it asked how are you, I started crying , literally crying, and when it can you forgive who have hurt you then i only imagined one person, I'm not going to tell who he/she is but when it asked to imagine someone with you in that storm I could not imagine someone, I tried and tried but I just couldn't.
