Always gonna come back to this one.. the silence of that crowd alone is soul shaking.. cause thats not disappointed silence.. dude has their full attention.. itll just leave you speechless
My wife died fast and there was nothing I could do to stop it,Her peace through this was she told me she's ok,, That she was loved so much and thats all that matters...I was the last thing she saw when she closed her eyes..I can only hope it was enough
This man isn't singing for us; he is singing for himself. We are watching him conduct his own therapy, take his medicine, and heal himself through his music. He is truly pouring his heart out and giving it to us. Wow. Amazing. The talent and the passion. I feel everything that he is feeling. Truly amazing. ❤
This song reminds me of what my life was before i got sober back on April 4th 2016. I fell in love with a girl in the depths of my addiction. I got sober, and she didn't. Even after getting sober she would pop in and out of my life, and I'd want to help her get clean but she wasn't ready. Today she has almost 6 months clean and I still feel the same love for her now. I got sober because I was truly tired of the life i once lived. The Bible says to pray with out ceasing and I know through personal experience that God does answer prayers. May not be the way we want it but he does answer. God is good!
what a bittersweet memory of your loved one! I was lucky enuf to see them at Soldier Field with the Stones in ‘18 then a month later in my hometown of Flint MI @ the Machine Shop!
Eventually one of those tears will be a fond memory, but just one. Time heals but it leaves nasty scars. To keep loving in the face of tragedy is the ultimate show strength. If you figure it out, holler.
10 years ago incarcerated in prison in Texas I heard these guys on some late night red dirt country radio station, stuck with me this whole time, come back constantly to keep my sanity , still free from prison, Thank you!
Covered this song a lot while busking and hitch hiking around California. I was homeless and a had bad drinking problem. Sober and sleep in a bed now. This song will always bring up memories, beautiful and painful. I'll never stop covering it. ❤️
My friend lost her fight to the cancer. We shared our favorite songs with each other. This was her favorite. Thank you guy's. You will keep her alive for me......
I am 100% Scottish and live in Texas now, I heard these boys through Yellowstone. I want to now go see them live this year. Honestly they are outstanding and this folk music is what we have lost over the past 50 years but not to worry I found it again. This is heart felt soul music.
They have a gig in their hometown of Palestine at the end of September, which I imagine will be awesome (went to the one at RedRocks.... all worth it and great crowd).
His voice sounds like it's on the verge of breaking, but he keeps fighting through it... It's amazing to listen to. Really shows the love these artists have for their craft.
Was listening to broken window serenade while I did meth for the first time ,5 years later I'm back listening ..went to the depths of hell but have crawled back out ..thank you
Oh I am so not in a good place now... But I could listen to this beautiful man all day.... I am 32 months sober...I wish that I were younger...I feel this to the core...much Love to All! ✌️❤️😊
Please pour your soul into everything you put out. Don't let record labels commercialize you. You're completely amazing and your music makes me feel things I'm not even going thru
Mind. Blown. I’m just now discovering this band. I wish I could share this with my Dad...he would be blown away by the raw talent. If there’s one thing my Papa taught me it was the appreciation of a true artist.
Seen them 4 times. You have to see them in person, smaller the venue the better! They play in the Austin area all the time. Get a perfect buzz and get lost in their soul and vibe and get that perfect connection with the crowd. Met my wife at Kevin Fowler fest and her and I always keep a look out for Myers playing locally.
I'm 58, and I have introduced my two boys to every type of music under the sun, NOW they share with me at 25 and 28 years of age!!! Where would we be without music???!!!
This is the only version of this song I will listen to. He puts so much soul into singing this song at that moment I wouldn't wanna hear it another way.
I just took my son to see them live tonight at the Fillmore in Silver Springs. His 18th birthday gift. They are such an underrated band! Amazing vocals and well rounded band. Hands down one of the best concerts I've ever been to and now it's currently 1am and I'm back home still listening to their music. Good times and great memories 🤘🏼🤙🏼✌🏼
I wanted to go see them in Santa Rosa, CA. but the cheapest seats were almost $200, so ya think he's getting attention, lol. I'm new to this band, I heard them on Pandora, now I have everything I can get. He's got an amazing voice and his voicing is perfect...

This song hits a little different since my wife left. Coming to that realization every night while everyone else sleeps is one of the hardest things I've ever had to repeat night after night after night. I've forgotten what a good night of sleep feels like
Music is subjective, although I've never understood people who feel a need to hit the dislike button. I love this song but just because I do doesn't mean everybody has to. It's one of the things I love about music. Just because it means something to me doesn't mean everybody feels it, and that's a two way street.
They must've had their phone upside down and hit the wrong button. Anyone who could possibly dislike this should have music banned from their lives cause they are whats wrong with todays music.
I agree. Myers is so good man. I dig it. This guy Brett McDaniel is good too. czcams.com/video/nWpwnKcJzrY/video.html I've listened to "Stone" maybe 300 times. ahahhah . So much talent out there.

Im glad he tells himself to write a song or learn how to sing cause damn that’s to closest that guy will probably get to recognition for his heart and soul being poured out for everyone to see and hear .
i discovered this song at the beginning of the pandemic when my life was at it lowest points and i thought "it cant get any worse, right?" well i was wrong, it got way worse and this song was always there and im still alive today and still listening even through the good times. this song is something truly special
Welcome all Yellowstone fans and new subs. Take a dive, these boys are local to where I live and if this touches you... there's more to explore. FROGMAN is a good one and there's many many more. Show them love and enjoy the Texas country vibe!
My mom introduced me to whiskey myer just the other weekend on our visit. I hadn't seen my mom in 7 months and hadnt been home to her house in 2 years. she lives over 2 hours away, and we have young children and ny husband works 6 days a week. This man is amazing his voice gets me, this music and his voice is the country I grow up with, it grounds me and reminds me of home and my sweet momma.
It’s now My 23rd birthday, And I was so blessed to have been able to see Whiskey Myers Live in Person in Nashville ❤️❤️. This song was everything i dreamed it would be Live. Felt every lyric straight to my spine. Gave me goosebumps❤️. Thank you for letting me close a chapter to one year and open a new one ❤️❤️
I know we’re all provincial pinheads up here in western Pennsylvania. In my mind, western Pennsylvania is a suburb of West Virginia. But I am gloriously thankful to be part of the Appalachian chain in so many different ways. I don’t know much about this band. But this song resonates. Thanks for being on us.
'Well I guess I've got my bottle, I still hold it all the time. But it keeps me smilin and singing. Helps me fall asleep a little bit better at night.'. Ain't that the truth.. What a world. Existence is a hell of a thing.
I am a artist and I struggle with mental health issues Never knew just how much this man’s lyrics live and breathe vicariously through me. Beautifully written and masterfully performed. I would very much like to meet this young man.
All I can say is this band helped me to find my way back to a better ace in life and to realize I'm not the only man out there trying to find my place in life the night is my persciption and the yway

Absolutely agree. Thumbs down jokers need a good punch in the throat.
