I strongly agree with your comment in the beginning about skipping models for retros. I was so upset when I heard they’re skipping the Kobe 7 because they could’ve benefited the most from a protro since they had the best looks imo but didn’t perform well
On the flip side, may be those shoes that didn't perform well should benefit the most in protros "IF" manufacturer would have the guts to upgrade its performance
True I definitely agree that the Kobe 7 deserved a protro and was disappointed that it was skipped. They are great looking shoes aesthetically

Dude those all black kd 3s might have been the most durable basketball shoe I ever had. Only wore them outside and lasted years. Absolutely fantastic shoes

I'm with you on this one! I wish they retroed shoes in the order they began haha. Other than that, always enjoy your older reviews (one reason why I bought the Jordan 2009's, and am currently eyeing the 2010-2012s haha.)

this was the first shoe I ever purchased with my own money. saved up $100 and walked in and bought the yellow Christmas pair for $88 + taxes. Wore them down until they had a hole in the bottom lol

Hey Chris, I’ve been watching your videos for probably 2 or so years now, I was super into the normal hype shoes, mainly 1s, dunks, etc because of the hype. I’ve been watching your videos and it’s helped me branch out a lot into different lesser popular/hyped up shoes. Ive sold off a couple of my 1s but I’ve added some new balances and 4s to my collection, and I’m hoping to add the georgetown 6s soon. Love your content, and always excited to see what other shoes you guys cover!
I remember back in the day I had the 2011 hyperfuse low and they never retro’d that shoe and they prob will never but I remember trying the kd3 at a footlocker and the fit and feel is similar, so I’m super excited for the drop!!

The white/gold and Aunt Pearl colorways are also releasing later this year.

I still remember the last release of the Black Air Jordan 15 SNKRS said forefoot and heel zoom air and it didn’t have that. I returned them and got the Storm Blue 1 on clearance lol good times.

Yeah should have started at the 1. These were a bit let down from the 2's, they were heavy and clunky. The 2's were awesome, especially in the all star colorway!

I Remembered that KD Shoes are Snugg like Kobe.
So I go 1 size up. On Jordan 1 I go size 10 .
Kobe's I go size 11.
Crazy thing is the KD4s were $95 retail. That and the fact they look great made them a hit.
Kd and kobe and ky all had inexpensive sneakers at that time. Only lebron had sneaker prices at 200$.
I had these in the triple black colorway, yeah KDs shoe price skyrocketed when he asked for whole lot more money from Nike when he threatened to go to Under Armour

It's not a bad sneaker. I didn't know the snkrs app did a drop for these a few days ago. Now I never wore a KD sneaker, but I do want to know if I should go true to size on them or a half size down. For reference, I'm a sz 11M in AJ 1 high & a sz 10.5M in AF 1 low
They release on the 10th on the SNKRS app if you're in the US.
