Part 4 covers the the Krone Premos 5000 pellet press. How to use the press, connecting the bale shredder as well as what can be done with the straw and hay pellets once they are made.
With the Straw Harvest Pack, Creative Mesh brings a well-known and popular feature to Farming Simulator 22.
Expand your farming operation with the pellet industry and increase productivity with powerful machinery from KRONE and Bressel und Lade.
The world's first mobile pellet harvester, the KRONE Premos 5000, can produce pellets by collecting straw or hay swaths directly from the field, or can be operated stationary with the additional bale shredder. The produced pellets can be sold, used for animal bedding, fed to animals, or you can choose to process them in the included industry hall.
The KRONE BiGPack 1290 HDP II and KRONE Comprima V180XC are the balers of choice for a powerful straw harvest. With the attachable KRONE BaleCollect, the BiGPack can unload stacks of up to three square bales at a time. Additionally, the Comprima also comes with a variable round-bale size options.
Because the KRONE BiGPack, Comprima, and Premos need bale yarn, netting and molasses in reality, this feature can now be added optionally via shop configurations to add to your virtual farming experience. When this option is enabled you will have to buy the consumables pallets in the shop.
Handling bales is easy with the included bale grabs from Bressel und Lade and Lizard. These grabs come in various sizes for front loaders, telehandlers, and wheel loaders. They grab and hold the bales while moving and only release the bales when you want them to.
The included industry hall can be configured in three different ways. You can use it as an empty hall for parking your vehicles and storing bales and pallets. Add a hall crane to make moving bulk material, bales, and pallets easier. You can also add an automatic palletizer to further process the pellets created by the KRONE Premos 5000. The pallets filled with pellets can then be sold at a higher profit at the selling station, which is also provided with the addon.

Yes and I intended to talk about that during the video but forgot. There in other areas also around the map.
Wish they allowed us to rotate the Pellet Hall in any orientation. Trying to place this on part of a field I've reserved on Calmsden is limiting and doesn't align with the edge of the field.
I didnt try this and didnt mention it in the video but typically the reason you can't rotate a building 360* is that it has a heap in it. I am fairly sure I recall in 19 you could tip hay, straw or even pellets into those bunkers in the building and a fill plane would come up out of the ground. that may be what is doing it.

I have no idea what a 9x bale is. if its bigger than a base game square bale I would say no.

Does anyone else have a issue where the Palletizer will randomly stop working and claim the belt is blocked despite not actually being blocked was wondering if this is a known issue
Important to note that it does not work with round bales, at least not the largest ones. I haven't tried smaller ones.
no only square as they wont fit thru the shredder.

Can you use pellets in TMR?
Not sure and dont know if you would want to if you would also have to factor in the 4:1 decompression ratio. I think it would be easy to over fill using pellets.
@@FarmerKlein I was thinking about using them in factories to make TMR. Would never be able to get the ratio right.
Can these pellets be used to mix up producing tmr?
They should but the expansion of the product would make it a bit tricky for keeping your ratios correctly.

How do you get it to run AI I can’t seem to get to work every time I leave the vehicle it turns off
Turn off auto engine start so you must start and stop the vehicles manually.

I can't unload trhe pellet harvester into a grain truck. It doesn't start automatically and the option never appears on either keyboard or controller. Yes I extended the 'pipe'.
Verify the mod truck is showing it can accept the pellets from the shop menu. If its a mod who knows how its coded.
my bales wont load on the belt for the press, they fall through then get glitched on the ground here i cant move them
Are you using any mod that changes bales? The belt will work with base game square bales. Known conflicts with higher capacity bales, liftable bales, etc.

Learn from my mistake, don’t park a front end loader with a bucket next to the wrapped pellet pallets the bucket automatically fills from them 😂

Now wait… if you’re getting the uncompressed amount in animal pens, then you are just wasting time and money.. right?
Compress to save space. its best to get uncompressed when you use it else you would have to use 4 times as much.
