- The Beamish Living Museum of the North is one of THE best museums I've ever been to, and certainly the best I've visited in the UK.
If you’re not familiar with the concept of a living museum, it basically works like an ordinary museum, but with interactive elements and actors playing the characters that would be typical of the museum experiences; think museum meets interactive theme park - take a watch to see some of the experiences on offer, and then check out my post for some reasons to visit!

Wow.
Aww so nice to hear. I worked there for a couple of years and all the staff and volunteers work hard to keep it as authentic as possible.
It’s a fantastic place, I go there and vlog quite often
Hi Dan just to let you know no actors just people wanting to work at Beamish
Yeah - I don't think I explained it will - made it sound like profesional actors rather than just people working there and in the outfit etc.
Did you have to ask permission to fly the done there or are they ok with it?
Technically they don’t allow it, BUT, as you know if you take off from public land and keep VLOS, I guess they can’t do anything
@TerryTrackerChannel only problem is you can't get near it from public land
There’s a public footpath and road that runs right through it
@@TerryTrackerChannel oh cool
