    The ECELLS MAGNETAR is what I would go with over the dual star as its the most powerful E-bike ever offered.3000watts, 80amp, 2100AH60V 4800 Peak watts. 290ft lbs torque. 6 piston 220mm rotors!

    The dual star by e cells is a single motor bike. It says "dual motor option is not standard" and the dual star upgrade option makes no mention of adding a front motor. It's dual battery, not dual motor. Pretty confusing since they show a dual motor bike in the description.

    The Hanevear H100 has two 750W motors and a 20 AH battery, I've seen some people just add a second battery for more range, on sale now for 1199 with a CZcams influencer discount... Bonus is that the two motors meet the class 3 definition as it stands in some states.

    I'm surprised the Eahora Romeo 2 Pro isn't on this list. Dude on CZcams said he got 50 miles range riding it at top speed of 43mph the whole time.

    Someone mentioned the Eahora Romeo Pro 2 but there's also the eahore Romeo II that's also dual motor but smaller tires

    I think you quoted the price of the Furious EMS in Canadian dolars, the price in US dollars is $ 2399 + $200 for extra battery.

    ecells offers dual motor ebikes at a higher price. i do not see a dual motor option with the step through frame readily available available for purchase. it might be one of those scenarios where you have to call them up to place an order for a step through model with dual motors. i hate talking over the phone but that seems to be the case and who knows how much that may be with the second motor…
    considering the triple crown single motor with dual battery package and tannus preinstalled is around $2600 or so, adding a second motor may mean closer to $3k, just like their non-step-through models like the dual motor monarch. add accessories, it can go up substantially.

      You could buy the RZ E-motorcycle with that type of money.

    I have done front drive, I have done rear drive, I have done mid Drive i dont like the weight on the front wheel. It causes fatigue. But might be nice in event of one motor failure

    I'm gonna be a bit of a contrarian here and say I'm not sure the supposed advantages to a single rear hub motor outweigh the excess weight, moderate torque steer and added complexity and maintenance.
    The use case for the dual motor setup is very much straight line performance in wet or limited traction environments and that's pretty much it.

      Exactly. Dual motors mean twice as many points of failure.

      I think you are right it is a matter of tradeoffs, but if you want to run in heavy sand such as a beach or snow, dual motors beat single. similar analysis to 2 wheel vs 4 wheel drive in cars and trucks.

    Why buy an e-bike that needs two batteries for a total of 45a when you can buy an e-bike with 60a ?

    with 20s you can’t peddle with 26s you can peddle thats the difference so you just pucking 20s shows yoy don’t never peddle your bikes … am i right .

    • @Dani-jc6ks
      @Dani-jc6ks Před měsícem

      What do you mean you can't pedal 20" tire bikes? You can I do. I have a 20" and a 26" they both have pros and cons, but pedaling is not one of them, you can get a good workout on either. By the way I do not think NPL pedals very much, but the fact he likes 20s, not pedaling is not the reason. I think maneuverability may be.
