Actually you encouraged me to replay that one sonic infinity engine open world game and it was so much fun to just mindlessly run around for a bit. literally if you just placed in a bland "open world" field (it doesn't have to be much even if it's a level port) I'd play this for hours (depending on how well it controls, but I'll keep my expectations low so I don't stress you out with high ones lol). I look forward to seeing the demo soon
Honestly, I played sonic unleashed a lot, but just to tell the physics dont seen to be like the original game, when you start walking and turning it just feel strange i guess, but running seems good, I think the problem is the animation when you turn, but it looks good in general, congrats.
I know I've seen lots of Unleashed remakes, and tbh I'm starting to get tired of them. But that doesn't mean I won't appreciate how much effort people like you are putting into them. Great job!

That boost is WAY too bright, it doesn’t look like that in the original. But aside from that this looks fantastic, even though it doesn’t particularly look like retail unleashed, it looks very nice in its own right. Fantastic job, just fix the boost.
you should make the hands turn into a fist when boosting but when you aren't boosting, his hands are relaxed. thats how it was in the original im just saying
If it were forces design, it would have you boost without a drift over a thin ledge that kills you if you don't drop 99% of your speed, and automate the remaining 95% of the stages final 5 seconds. It's an insult to compare any Sonic game, fan made or otherwise to Forces.
This project is not dead and is still in the works just fixing alot of compiling issues and a bit of polishing.
When it’s done will it be open source ?
