Hello, i have a project for my uni and this is kinda a portfolio. Using the help of the engine from galaxy studios
I love how you re-created the background blur, most consoles dont use background blur alot in their games even sonic x shadow gens removed it.
Bro u need to contact A guy named Raphpower-S (he is on YT) he was making a sonic unleashed ue4 project since 2020,they were near perfection,if u contact him and use some of his data like shader model and physics this project will be so cool
Honestly, I played sonic unleashed a lot, but just to tell the physics dont seen to be like the original game, when you start walking and turning it just feel strange i guess, but running seems good, I think the problem is the animation when you turn, but it looks good in general, congrats.

are things like hoop parameters configurable? for example, can a rainbow hoop be set not to prompt for input (aka sonic doesn’t do a trick)

Mannn, I hate seeing everything in Unreal. Do it again in the Hedgehog Engine.

fake, sonic would never receive bounce light from ambient light sources
This project is not dead and is still in the works just fixing alot of compiling issues and a bit of polishing.
When it’s done will it be open source ?
Does this mean the demo will be out soon?

@Baquewoods got one but it's broken I'll try and find a model with its animations online somewhere as someone is bound to have uploaded a model with all it's animations because at times ripping them nothing appears and when it does it fails to work
@Baquewoods tried all day and I can't get them to work is there a chance I can use the base animations for sonic for my game called sonic chrono nexus and I can credit you for the anims

The quills blowing in the wind is such a nice detail that wasn’t in the original. This just looks so polished already

That boost is WAY too bright, it doesn’t look like that in the original. But aside from that this looks fantastic, even though it doesn’t particularly look like retail unleashed, it looks very nice in its own right. Fantastic job, just fix the boost.

Its cool but one area fan games mess up is the camera, the camera does not need to be that close to sonic
i mean in unleashed the camera was pretty close to sonic i would say

I know I've seen lots of Unleashed remakes, and tbh I'm starting to get tired of them. But that doesn't mean I won't appreciate how much effort people like you are putting into them. Great job!
I'll never get tired of seeing them because not one has been taken to completion. If someone is unable to continue with their project then there will be another to turn to.

this isnt a an iso its an executable so you will be able to run it on windows as an actual program
