Greeting, currently im on strength training routine and for past 2 weeks im having golfer elbow where not very critical. I still can lift heavy weights but i can feel the pain on the 1st set only following set i dont feel the pain. Main exercises that i feel pain are pull up, bisceps curl, skull crusher... how to overcome this problem and whats the common mistake that can lead to this pain...thank you very much in advance

Start doing weight lifting. Being overweight, when you run you are putting more load on your legs. Better to start weight lifting and burn fat.

when i was 17yrs, am 96kg, height 178cm. because of that i got leg joint pain. i did nothing just i used my bicycle to go to school which is 4kms away from my home... every day i used to ride 8 to 10kms in cycle and slightly reduced my food intake and junk food. within 6 months i reduce 20kg and reached 78kg without any diet and gym. so, do cycling or just walk fast for 5 to 8 km. you will definitely reduce ur weight.
