Easiest Waterfall Hike in SoCal? Only 1 Mile! Lewis Falls Hike With Kids, Nearby Crystal Lake

- This must be the easiest waterfall hike in all of SoCal if not the entire Cali. It's only half a mile in and half a mile back out (total 1 mile round trip). There are some steep parts to climb with logs/rocks, but nothing too crazy. It was very fun to hike.
Very doable for young kids. I would say ages 5 and up would not be a problem with an adult. Water shoes at the waterfall area would be helpful.
The trail is unmarked. Google "Lewis Falls Trailhead". Parking is along side the road.
Afterwards, we headed to Crystal Lake just to take a look since it's only around 10 minutes away. There's a campground that has a store/cafe for camping essentials and some hot food options for lunch.

This is definitely one of those hidden gems
Incredible waterfalls with challenging hike trails. Great share my friend 👍🏼
Thank you~
I love me a good waterfall video! I think waterfalls are like getting a prize at the end of a hike. I would do this one with my kids if we were ever in the area. :)
You should! It def makes kids feel good to accomplish hikes especially when there's a reward like a waterfall to look forward to.
Great California hike 😁 awesome looking falls 😁
It sure was! Great for kids to have a little reward at the end
Paradise Falls in Wildwood Park in Thousand Oaks is a fun, short, easy hike!
I’ve never heard of this one.. I look into it! Short easy hiking trails come in handy for my kids. It’s so hard to get them to walk sometimes lol
it's a very nice place
It sure is!
I thought u can speak Filipino 😂that's why I commented tagalog in your last video 😅 This activity with your family is cool. Good thing that they're always up for this kind of adventure. Kinda tiring 😉
We try to keep the kids active whenever possible. I don’t speak Tagalog but I do have a lot of Filipino friends..
