Been running a mod bandit for over a month now. Had to size down, from a M to S. It’s pretty comfy, but I I think I’ll get the medium cheek pads for a better fit. Other than that it’s a nice looking helmet, loud as on the highway. Love having the modular capability to open full vent when stopped. I have notice it’s doesn’t vent that good. Paid for look more than anything. Heard the outlaw is getting revamped to gen 3, like the carbon, and two new models are dropping the fall.

@@InfamousCreep did that help? I’m rocking a Shoei helmet and it’s loud and shit and I’m wanting to upgrade but this sounds like it will be on par with what I’m rocking now
I've been running this helmet for 7000 miles now, just over a year and a half. I always have to wear earplugs when I wear this helmet. Very noisy. I feel this helmet is just a bit overpriced in my opinion. I feel a good price for this would be about $400USD. Oh, and if you feel so inclined, maybe you should think about swapping the clear shield for a smoke or mirror shield. It completely changes the look of the helmet. Diggin' your videos man. Keep the two wheels down vato!
Thanks 🙏. I’m looking at adding some foam to the ear area or adding dense mat. I have some left over from my fxrt install. I paid full price for my Simpson Ghost bandit, decided I wasn’t going to do that again. I’m glad I got this helmet at half the price, I wouldn’t pay $400 for it.
everytime i buy a helmet for looks....i get burnt :/ wana be cool you have to pay the $ and get nothing back really. wana be cool...dont expect any ROI in anyway
Exactly! I think the only one that looks good and has good noise control is the ruroc 4. I own a ruroc but it’s too big for my size, and I typically ride with my mod bandit.

It’s definitely the padding because I bought a large speed bandit and it was a little loose so I bought 40 mm cheek pads and it was a game changer
I like the shell size for the M, good fit and it’s not oversized for my frame.
How good did that face shield hold up overtime. Wanting to get the gold or the silver one but if it chips easy might just go with the dark.
I haven't gotten one from Simpson, but all my helmets are holding up just fine with the gold visor. Only con is riding at night, can't see much.
I dig the look but low noise and drop down visor would be really important for me so that's a deal breaker

yes, but the ghost bandit for some reason hurts my ears. The Speed and Mod Bandit fit me just fine.
