As promised, an electrician from the USA lays out a video about the National Electrical Code (NEC: National Electrical Code), which was adopted in 1897 and is updated every three years, is compulsory in almost every state of the United States, and is also a national code in such countries Chile, Ecuador, Peru, the Philippines, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Venezuela.
In this code there are ten chapters, each chapter consists of articles, the introduction begins with Article 90.1. In total, the National Electrical Code contains about one hundred and forty articles. Practically every chapter and article has parts, and some parts have sub-parts.
The scope of NEC applies to the installation of the following systems:
-Electric conductors, cables, sleeves and conduits
-Equipment
-Konduites and hoses for signaling, fire-fighting, fiber-optic and communication equipment.
The scope of NEC covers the following territories, objects and buildings:
- Public and private buildings and facilities - residential, commercial and industrial
- Floating buildings
- Mobile homes
- Parking, the territory of fairs and markets, garages.

Правоприменение - достаточно точный перевод. Есть норма права (как, например, ПДД или диугой кодекс, не обязательно федеральный закон), и есть контроль ее соблюдения - патрулирование или инспектирование, как в случае с кодексами, электрическими, строительными и проч.

На фига мне эта америка? У нас все так начинается - сперва для общего развития узнаём как у них, потом наши заумные бараны переделывают для нас в итоге получается как всегда. Это моё мнение.
