first ever review on Webb 18" push mower.

Wheel keeps locking on my mower... Any ideas? Right wheel.... I'm at a complete loss...

Are the blades adjusted correctly? Could be catching causing the wheel to lock.

I found the mower extremely difficult to assemble
And it doesn’t cut the grass very well. All the longer grass did not get cut
Why do Webb not sell the mower assembled
Certainly not suitable for old women should come with a warning
