- The venerable Toyota Altis sedan gets the GR-S treatment but only for the non-hybrid version. Does this naturally-aspirated Corolla look sharp enough with the Gazoo Racing revisions to make you choose it over the fuel economy of the hybrid Altis or even other turbocharged competitors? Nagiimprove si sir Dylan sa pag-narrate. Good job, sir! Keep it up. 👍
Amazing content, thanks for sharing this video 🤔👍
This is the only review of the 1.6 GRS on YT with fuel economy figures, thanks Dylan. That said, asking the owners to please share your figures too.
I also want to know
I have the 2023 grs variant. My corolla does exactly 8-9 km/l in the and 15-17 km/l on the highway
Very Informative and Very well explained 🙌
Keep it up Dylan and stay safe ✌️
Thanks for showing Dylan love! I'll screenshot these comments so I can show him!
You can do it sir dylan .!!! Go go go
Nice review
@3:20 what's the height of the guy presenting so we can gauge the space?
Great review Sir Dylan! Choosing between the Corolla Altis GR-S or the Civic RS Turbo hmmm..... 🤔
Same choices at the moment, what did you choose in the end?
Civic RS for looks and power
Corolla GRs for comfort and ride
nice review
Thank you! Cheers!
no apple car play and android auto?
Angas men pangarap kong kotse yan sa pinas corolla talaga nothing else toyota lover here ❣
Mahal po ba ang maintenance and parts nito?
Boils down to Altis variants comparo:
Altis 1.6 G - Altis 1.6 V GR-S - Altis 1.8 V Hybrid
5:00 you know why? because that beast has double wishbone suspension.
I am a big fan of toyota work, I love them but & that dashboard I have seen in the corolla cross, chr, the hatchback with miner change it is usefull space doing nothing. Put another storange compartment.
Bakit wala makita Corolla sa mindanao??
ill go 4 it
Nice car!
It sure is!
Slap a bit of cosmetic makeup here and there, leather seats plus some fancy GRS label. At a hefty price tag of P1.317M, still no 360° camera system.
It has Toyota Safety Sense which includes Dynamic Cruise Control.
It's 23,000 dollars US, and you expect a 360 camera 🤣
Theres always Chinese brand.
it would look better with TRD rims🤩
👍👍👍👍👍
more dylan!
no corolla altis MT?
U have to buy a grandfathers Corolla for manual transmission 😂
@@tand9854 11th gen had altis mt btw.
On the toyota website, the low end corolla is mt
ya but still no reviews about the said unit
2020 e210 model 1.6G MT has. but they discontinued it last year.
8-9kpl is not good at all for a 1.6L light vehicle
A review isn’t the same without Roy.
Kulang ata sa vitamins yung reviewer.
😅😂
truth!!!! parang napadaan lng ung guy tapus kinuha na mag review.😂
Like reading a script for 6mins.
You should replace him if u think you're better
The Mazda 3 is better tbh.
True. But also 200k more expensive
Daihatsu vios. Big joke
Altis is way bigger, roomier, plushier, comfier, more powerful engine and it’s a real Toyota. If you’re against the GR-S badge then get the Altis 1.6V, which is where the GR-S is based on but you’ll lose the safety technology that you can only get on the GR-S and Hybrid. So yeah if you’re okay without those then get the Daihatsu Vios GR-S
@@daniellemanalac430 I beg do disagree. The regular 1.6V is not offered anymore, the GRS is the new V.
Dont believe me? Ask casa. Thank me later
@@talesofthetoydad897 but it doesn’t change the fact that the GR-S is a Altis V with a better looking body kits (which is debatable depending on the buyer) with safety techs that you can only get on the hybrid. The GR-S doesn’t look bad it’s just a lot of people are hating on the GR-S badge which is funny lol. So yeah I have to thank you for nothing
Your claim is invalid kasi sabi mo opt for regular V lang if mag GRS, im sure you dont know that fact.
I would consider it if it has a 1.8 or 2.0 engine. I find it lacking in power.
